Staff at two stores went above and beyond to find me my perfect coat!
Found a coat I loved, but in the wrong size in the Faversham store. The lady in the shop took my number and went out of her way to track down the coat I wanted in the colour and size needed. Within a few hours, I had a Message from the St Leonards Store, they had the coat and could mail it to me. It arrived within a couple of days.

Great service & great product!
Found a beautiful coat at a great price in one of the stores, but they didn't have my size. I emailed the generic email and they found me one in a different store and posted it out to me. Great service and great product!
