I knew nothing about the shop, its ethos or what it sells before I popped in on the off chance when I was in the area and got a lovely treat. The person working there was friendly and super helpful, having seen what kind of thing I liked they went into the stock rom to get more items from that brand in my size. I walked away with two gorgeous, quality, designer items at very fair prices that I have already worn multiple times. Will definitely make the trip across London to go back.

Staff at two stores went above and beyond to find me my perfect coat!
Found a coat I loved, but in the wrong size in the Faversham store. The lady in the shop took my number and went out of her way to track down the coat I wanted in the colour and size needed. Within a few hours, I had a Message from the St Leonards Store, they had the coat and could mail it to me. It arrived within a couple of days.
Amazing service and a beautiful coat!
