I had a good experience in Kaplan. All staff and teachers are kind and friendly, and they provide a lot of help to students. If you are interested in English, I highly recommend this place.

I am so glad I chose Kaplan Oxford for my education. I stayed for one month and everything was awesome. All of my teachers were professional, supportive, and so kind—especially my beloved, dear teacher Shune 🥹. I loved her teaching method. She always encouraged us to speak confidently, and you never felt anxious when speaking. Our classes went so well. I improved my English even though I stayed for a short time. I especially improved my speaking skills a lot. We spoke so much both in class and while hanging out. Also, I enjoyed meeting students from different countries and making great friends. It helped broaden my perspective and taught me to be kind to everyone, even if we are very different. I strongly recommend this school if you want to improve your English without any fear.

On the academic side, I want to give special thanks to my wonderful teachers, Sara and Rosie, who genuinely made learning enjoyable and motivating. I also deeply appreciate Eleni for her professionalism, high-class attitude, and dedication in helping resolve issues when others failed.

However, severe issues ruined my experience. First, the school's strict and completely unreasonable attendance policy: one day I had an emergency and arrived slightly over five minutes late, yet the teacher marked me fully absent for the entire three-hour session instead of recording a late arrival. On another occasion, I had to leave an hour early due to circumstances, took permission, and explained my reason, yet I was again marked fully absent. Erasing hours of actual presence and effort due to minor timing issues is completely unfair and reflects poorly on student attendance records.

This was compounded by major accommodation errors, endless refund delays until my last day, and unacceptable behavior from Karen in Student Services. Her dismissive and hostile attitude felt distinctly biased and disrespectful towards Arab students—an issue widely noted among my peers. It caused immense stress and took a toll on my mental well-being.

While exceptional individuals like Eleni, Sara, and Rosie deserve full credit, the unreasonable policies, accommodation mismanagement, and discriminatory attitudes make it impossible for me to recommend this school.

My experience at Kaplan in Bath was extremely satisfactory, the teachers are helpful and kind, the vast majority of students here are very polite and friendly, not to mention the city, which is quiet, beautiful and holds a wide range of restaurants, museums, churches and abbeys, and other facilities. I ABSOLUTELY recommend it. It is not only great for your English,but also widens your horizons, you learn so much about other cultures.

It was a extremely great experience here in Bournemouth! Teachers, accomodations and schools are simply amazing. It was a pleasure improving my english level with people who shared with me this path. I think I never forget all the good feelings that I’ll leave here in the school and in Bournemouth too.

My experience at Kaplan has been very positive. I have improved my English, especially my speaking and communication skills. I also enjoyed meeting students from different countries and learning about their cultures. Overall, studying at Kaplan has been a useful and enjoyable experience.

I was in Bournemouth and was a great experience. The place is beautiful and the school was interesting and funny. The teachers were very prepared and help us to improve our skills.

I was in Bournemouth for 3 weeks and I recommend the courses, the teachers are very good! I managed to communicate with everyone despite not speaking in English for a long time and this thanks to the Speaking done during the lessons! A wonderful experience that I will do again I hope soon!

The experience l had at Oxford was freaking amazing. All of the teacher and staff were very frindly and helpful. Shune, in particular, was a really great teacher. I've stayed six months in that school. That memories was invaluable. If you go to kaplan Oxford, you can make a lot of friend overseas I truly recomend this school!
