Excellent experience while renting an apartment at Al Khail gate. Was guided by Mr. Palitha Gunsakara, who showed us multiple apartments across several days till we could choose an apartment which satisfied us. The registration process was also very smooth as all the necessary documentation was arranged by him. Thank you for the services.

Amazing experience with this company.
I’ve started the journey to search for our new home 8 weeks before the moving date, almost every single agent ignored my request because they thought it’s too early and they considered I’ll be wasting their time. But ”Mandy” from positive properties offered me a couple of viewings although he knew the moving date is still 3 months later, at this point he convinced me which community we should move to. Later on when it was the time to take serious steps to select our new home, I called him again and he never failed to impress us by his professionalism and he guided us till we found our new home and even guided me after signing the contract to finish all the formalities starting from Ejari, Dewa, move in permits, etc.... he even provided contacts for contractors for all the required works (artificial turf, du, etc...)
Unlike other urgent, they deserve every single fils you pay for their commission.
I do highly recommend them.

No one has suggested Properties to me but I just contacted Mr. Sameer on a Friday after reaching to my development uninformed and the way I was guided to view the property has given me the confidence to contact Sameer out of all agents in that development. Every stage of the transaction is carefully organized keeping interests of both parties in balance and I have suggested Positive properties to my friend and his transaction was also successfully completed before mine.

A best choice for the first time home buyers. Very honest approach by understanding the requirements and constraints of the buyer and suggesting accordingly is what I liked the most.
