I recently had the pleasure of working with a real estate company in Dubai when looking for my home. I used the Positive Properties Real Estate as they were local to the property I was buying. From day one, Shiran Gamage, who at the same time is the CEO of the company and his experienced team - agents Nayomi and Ranjan, were extremely responsive and had great suggestions for apartments to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Shiran and his team were there quickly handling any issues that may have arisen.
Shiran and his team were friendly and very professional. They kept regular contact with me, which meant I did not have to chase them at all. Shiran was excellent at processing the sale. Nothing was too much trouble, great advice on other third-party services, which I used. All in all, I would highly recommend using their services to anyone.
