Update on my previous review

Update on my previous review. My landing page and everything else has disappeared. I only get an error page. It appears the last time they updated their own website was 2022. Looks to me like they've gone out of business. However, they've had no problem billing my account every single month. You don't continue to take money from customers after you've hit the road. I'm working with my credit card company to make it stop, I can't believe they have a website up there that continues to bring in new customers.

Crickets - probably out of business

I agree. Crickets. Now the login page is nonexistent. All my pages are gone and nothing is working since their "supposed" hack and "we're working on it". They never delivered my paid for Pro Plan. Now when I type in my domain name it redirects me to PropHosting.com and a 404 error that my domain is not located on the server.

Do Not Use PostAProp

When I first started using PostAProp in November of 2021, they set my landing page up and customer service was prompt. They set up my Facebook ads. I got some leads. Then things went downhill. They stopped responding to issues I was having. The landing page wasn’t working anymore. I emailed, called. No response. They charged me for the annual plan in November of 2022 via PayPal and I disputed it and PayPal reimbursed me because PostAProp aka Kevin Wall did not reply or respond to the complaint. Who does that? I don’t even know if this company is in business anymore.

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced

Like others that have posted in 2022, I am very unhappy with PostaProp's Service. I paid them for a year upfront to use the platform, and additional $300 to build a video ad and landing page for me. It took them 3 MONTHS to get my ad completed and took me emailing them over and over asking for a refund for them to finally get it done. During this time I wasn't provided access to the platform at all for my own use either.
Over and over I was told they would reach out the next day, and over and over nothing happened for weeks. Once the ad was up and running, things were fine for a while. Cost per lead and the quality was decent. a few months, after a couple weeks of no leads, I realized the URL on my ad was no longer working. I turned off the ad off and emailed postaprop and they emailed back saying a ticket had been opened. That was 3 months ago....I emailed them 7 or 8 times and got a response once, which was "I'll be available Monday". Monday came and went, still nothing.
Their lack of both communication and action is shocking given they want realtors to trust them. If we as Realtors treated our clients this way, we wouldn't be in business for long. I finally gave up and emailed them telling them to just forget it, and that I no longer wanted to work with them, and I didn't even get a response to that email. Brutal Service

Do NOT subscribe to Post A Prop!!

Do NOT subscribe to this Post A Prop service, you will not be able to use the product and you will not be able to cancel them for taking your money monthly either! I have been paying them for over 3 years, the product had a lot of great things to use in different ways and Kevin was always pretty good about helping you out with fixing anything wrong.
Not anymore! I am now writing my 2nd review due to the fact that Post a Prop has done nothing to correct the issues from 4 months ago, when I contacted them repeatedly. I cannot get into the cpanel which you need to be able to access, they said they had been hacked and were working on fixing that, never did. I also cannot reset a password etc.
The platform has been unusable for many months due to lack of of operation and there is nobody to speak to about the issues you have.
I have asked them repeatedly to cancel my monthly subscription of 39.00! Nope, still taking my money! Now, I see that they have not even opened my last 3 emails asking them to do this. I have called, left vm etc. to no avail. It is really ashamed because there was a lot of great ways to use what they had developed for Realtors, but now, they are still trying to get people to sign up in 2022 knowing they cant deliver a working platform and knowing they will just keep taking your money anyway. Horrible business ethics. I am taking measures now to stop the 39.00 withdraws. Should not have had to come to this. Sadly enough, writing a true review of your bad experience will be the only time Kevin will respond, that in my opinion is even worse!

I was a customer for 3 or 4 yrs and like it. Then they put out that they got hacked and from there thing went down hill. I couldn't access the Cpanel were you need to go to do changes . Called . Emailed many many times and crickets. Do not use this service. It will not work

Post A Prop needs to STOP taking money if no help!

I have been paying for the Post A Prop service since 2019. Kevin was always pretty good about responding when you need answers in the past or helping you. I really liked all that it offered for generating business but because to me, it wasn't super user friendly and had so much information to learn, I didn't use it hardly at all, although I continued to pay for it monthly for years now. Recently, I wanted to try to get in there and use it now and I couldn't get into the CPanel etc which you have to be able to access to make changes. I emailed them a couple times for help with this, sent instant messages on their Post A Prop site for help, sent fb messages on their page, sent Kevin direct text, called several times and left messages all to NO Avail...meanwhile, they still keep taking my money monthly.
Looking at their site now it looks like they are still talking about 2021 advertising, not 2022.
I dont know if they are not doing the Post A Prop biz anymore, but if they are not, then they need to notify their subscribers and STOP taking their money if they cant get the help they need on a platform they are paying to use!! This is just bad business!!
All the while, new people are probably still signing up and giving them their money to.
Now, I will probably have to go through the inconvenience of canceling my business bank card just to get rid of them and then having the headache of putting back all my monthly auto withdraw accounts I do use for business back! NOBODY should have to go through that! I would rather them just help me and continue.
Maybe they just aren't answering the people that have been with them for years and are not paying the new really high monthly payments they are now charging people for the same thing... I don't know! I am pretty upset and I would warn anybody right now, Do NOT subscribe to this company, you will be paying and NOT get the help you need for they system you are paying for, then you wont be able to cancel either! It is ashamed to, because I really like their product and its ability!

Over $1,000,000 in sales from 1 Vid Campaign

I have been with Post a prop for over 3 years now.
Thanks to the guidance of Kevin and his team I was able to create a great video campaign targeting pool home buyers in my area. I was able to secure over $1,000,000 in sales in the first 2 months! BIG Commissions! I am preparing to start my next big campaign with Post a Prop and I can't wait!

I love PostAProp! Demetri M.-Realtor

I absolutely love PostAProp software. It is the most versatile and adaptable software I have ever used as a real estate agent, and I have used a few. Most agents are forced to use multiple software to accomplish what you get in PostAProp. You simply can beat the value for the money. The unlimited landing pages and sub domains, quizzes, drip campaigns etc are some of my favorite features.
Additionally, I love the videos and examples that show you step by step how to use the software.
I was always looking for a software created by and for real estate agents. It is obvious that the software is always evolving because of this fact. They don’t shortchange you on customer service either. I am going into my third year with PostAProp and I recently had a problem with billing. Kevin, Ben and the team resolved it quickly, efficiently and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend PostAProp to any agent looking to take their business to the next level.

Bad experience!

Please DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. If you choose to read the positive reviews, I get it, but don't ignore the negative ones before making a decision. I did, and I regret it. I did not have a good experience with this company from Day 1. Once I paid my money for the setup fee, they sent an email for my information. After that, I had to reach out to them for next steps over and over again. I asked for my money to be refunded because of how long it took to get my ad, the lack of training, and other issues. They refused.They said that they do not offer refunds and it is agreed to in the cart when you place your offer. So if there is an issue, don't expect to get your money back! IT TOOK A MONTH TO GET MY AD, and I have proof. The bad experience was documented in email after email, but they seemed more interested in defending themselves than making sure they had a satisfied customer. I was extremely disappointed, as I had read all of these glowing reviews. Long story short, they would not return my money, and did nothing to make the situation right. I do not recommend using this company. He ran the ad without my permission without having me set a budget or anything. One day, the ad was just running. I had not approved what was being put out there and there were misspellings on one of the ads. I would give 0 stars if I could...And yes I absolutely let him know that I would be giving a negative review and report to the BBB. It was not a threat. It was the reality of what I was going to do based on my experience that I have proof of, which is what this is site is for. Yes, if I pay someone over $300 and they treat me poorly or if I have a poor experience, they will know about it, and I will share it with others.

This person paid for video ad setup. We did all of the work. Created a proven video ad, graphics, with lead funnel, & lead follow up. All of it in place & she would not run the ad.

She ran the ad for a total of $4. That is it. We followed up with her. See screenshots of her ad results here: https://prophosting.com/reply-to-review.html - She did not run the ad and she did NOT ask us to make any changes to the ad.

She ordered our service without a domain. We reached out to her about this and this was part of the delay. Eventually, we purchased a domain for her and then used this for the landing page. We also offered to give her a free retargeting campaign. Saying we "did nothing to make the situation right" is not accurate.

After we setup the ad, we sent her an email about lead follow up. She had one question to that email, "where does the home value come from"? That was it. We replied to that question. And she asked for a refund.

We offered to create a 2nd retargeting campaign for free. She refused. And said she would go to the BBB and write negative reviews. Sorry. We don't respond to threats like this. We did the work. We bought her a domain. We offered to do more. She refused. So here we are responding.

postAprop has been in business since 2014. We have another online service for other businesses. 1000s of clients. 1000s of effective ads created. Most of our clients are great to work with. However, on occasion we run into somebody like this. Gets the work she paid for & doesn't run the ad. Does not ask for changes. No revisions. Nothing. Instead, over a week later, demands a refund and threatens us with reviews.

Oh...and yesterday she wrote "I will the run the ads but not with you." OK, nice. She can run them. The ads are in your ad manager. Run the ads. Good luck in the future.

I use postaprop for online marketing help.  My goals were to obtain more leads and brand building. I'm happy to say that after a couple of months I'm very pleased with the results. The video work is excellent & unique. PostAprop Stole from me

On 1/30/2019, I wrote a review about the horrible service (non-service, frankly) I received from this company. Their response on 2/4/2019 was that I failed to use their service but that everything was set up correctly on their end. Lies!

Anyway, I contacted the company several times between January and February to get a refund, and they refused. As is always the case, companies of this nature prey on consumers because they do not have the necessary tools to fight back. So, I told them to cancel my subscription and never to bill me ever. They told me my account has been cancelled, so I accepted my loss and moved on.

Guess what? They never stopped! On 9/27/2021, I noticed a billing from this company AGAIN for $310.92. Can anyone imagine such an affront to business integrity? I called them about this and the fellow on the other end told me he would have to check this account get back to me the same day. He never did. A guy named Mike sent me an email on 9/27/21 stating "I found the charge and will have a refund processed today. We will send you confirmation soon". I have not received the confirmation or the refund as of 10/8/2021.

Now, imagine that someone unlawfully takes (steal, really) money from you and you make them aware of this sneaky behavior. Is this the weak response you will expect? Nothing about apologies for stealing your funds, or our system misbehaved, or we apologise for this confusion or something to this effect.

I am still waiting for action from the boss of this company but wanted to bring this to the attention of the users of this service. BEWARE!

We refunded yesterday. He emailed us about the charge. We did miss it. It was not refunded immediately. He emailed a 2nd time and we refunded.

We've been in the landing page service for 10+ years. We also provided an upgraded marketing service. This buyer did NOT pay us for any marketing work. Did NOT pay us to create websites. He paid for a hosting plan and this was provided in working order.

However, we did miss the initial email which should not have happened.

At PostAprop you get a lot of value, for a little money.

PostAprop is not like any other company I have tried. These guys teach you how to take control of your advertising. But they are also there if you don`t have time to get the job done for yourself.

They have been very helpful. Especially Ben, when it comes to putting your site, or ads together for you he is the Man.

I've been using PostAprop for over 2…

I've been using PostAprop for over 2 years now. The tools are so valuable and the support is Amazing. Last week we had some technical issues and they were handled right away. Kevin stayed on well past 6pm last Friday night making sure all was taken care of and then emailed me on Easter Sunday giving me an update. I'm very happy I found this. Thank you!

Best Company for Landing pages/Websites Hands Down!

My name is Alexis, I am Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker and General contractor in Los Angeles, Ca. I've been using postaprop since 2018 for all my landing pages and property websites. They initially created a lead funnel for my unique value offer that I'm still using 3 years later and assisted me on how to get the ball rolling on creating landing pages. Customer service is very responsive, every time I need something they respond same day and are friendly. Which is extremely important to me. Especially Ben! Lastly their cost is very minimal compared to other companies for what they provide, its a no brainer to go with them! I recommend them 100%!
