Amazing, amazing, amazing. From start to finish, and year after year, Poster Garden and David Deitering in particular, have provided OUTSTANDING help in the creation, generation, and delivery of the most beautiful exhibit booth resources anywhere. I know, because I look! Typically, at a show, no matter how big and boisterous a booth is, they lack the elegance and simple artistry of what I've bought from Poster Garden. And, every time I'm in a pickle with developing items for a last minute booking at a show, Poster Garden (Dave and his team) have been right there with me, helping me get things going quickly and smoothly and arriving on time. Even earlier than promised.

David was very helpful and responsive and made my purchase quick and easy. Would definitely buy from them again.

This is my review titled “Great Experience “.
My company has used PosterGarden for years but I never understood how many services they provided. This year I was looking for a partner to design , build / assemble and takedown our food show display booth. I interviewed many candidates but PosterGarden was so easy to work with and they were very competitive on pricing. My experience with design, graphics , shipping and set up went flawlessly. Our assigned sales rep David was very knowledgeable and understood how to guide me through the entire process. I can’t be happier and will be using PosterGarden for many projects in the future.

I use Postergarden for all of my event needs - the counters, the backlit signage, even my step and repeats for red carpet photos are all Postergarden creations. Quality products, sturdy carrying cases, easy assembly and excellent customer service are just some of the reasons I keep coming back to Postergarden and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have had an excellent experience with PosterGarden, specifically working with Craig. He was informative, efficient, and consistent. For our project, we researched many potential providers and got very mixed responses or none at all. From the first time I emailed Craig I received a response so quickly I was surprised. I would not only work with PosterGarden again, but I would recommend them to anyone who needs graphics or displays for any manner of event.

We always have a great experience with PosterGarden. Craig does a great job of getting our materials together for us. We're always happy with the quality. And we always get compliments on our booth and folks asking where they can get one like ours.

I like the backdrop, but I messed up. I didn't realize until I put it together in my basement that the image I submitted had text I cut off (the bottom of a letter y) by not making the text box larger vertically. After using it during a conference exhibit, I also realized I should have included text for what my company does, as well as a QR Code to go to the website. It probably cannot be touched-up, so, I'll have to decide if I'm ordering a new fabric or sticking with the one I have.

Also, the plastic "corners" on the structure were difficult to line up with the corresponding magnets. Somehow, they didn't all slide up or down and I had to really force them to move. Once done, it looked great, except for my mistakes.

I bought a small table runner with my company logo on it. The company gave me several color options to choose from and we went back and forth on the design. I finally settled on the color and they shipped it out quickly. The customer service was excellent. The runner is heavier material than I anticipated - which is good! The logo printed was crisp and clean. I was happy with the service, the cost and the result.

The ordering process is not clear and the use of WeTransfer is not explained well. They don't send confirmation/receipt emails which is a huge problem when we need these for client invoices. I can't access my account online now, because the website isn't working. Everything requires customer service, which is extra time I can't afford. The products are not high quality enough to be worth working with PosterGarden.

We've worked with PosterGarden on several projects and they have always been fantastic. Great customer service, and exceptional products!
