This is a shady site and a fraud if you ask me from personal experience! My husband ordered 2x- Tim Brown & Jerry Rice (8.0 x 10.0) photos in Oct. for a signing event he paid for, paid 2 day shipping and then didn't receive the order in time as promised. After much searching we finally found a contact customer service # in New Jersey of all places (we are in Northern CA) to file a complaint about our order. After much conversation and pleading our case we were able to get a prepaid shipping label forwarded to us to send the merchandise back for a refund. After a week or so of waiting I contacted the same customer service # to inquire about our credit. They confirmed they received our merchandise back and sent a credit memo to the individual who handles refunds. They stated they only handled shipping of product and not payment or reimbusement?! They also stated they contacted they sent the credit request and hadn't heard back and said there was nothing they could do and that I should file a dispute with my credit card for the purchase. REALLY WE PAID THEM THEY GOT THEIR MERCHANDISE BACK AND THEY CAN'T HELP ME! What kind of customer service is that?! I demanded they give me contact information as of to who was responsible for the credit and both the phone # and email address are non existent!!! Phone # is disconnected and the email address I sent an email to was forwarded back to me as a failure to send! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I had to file a claim with my credit card company in hopes to get my money back. Buyer be warned!!
