i ordered my posters on june 1st and now it's december 4th. i tried emailing them with pictures proof of purchase but no reply. still waiting for them. what a scam
It definitely seems that there is an issue with the Poster Pagoda info email as none of my emails have been responded to, and it seems multiple others have experienced the same issue. After my first review I received an email very promptly which was great to see however my replies have gone unanswered since. It is frustrating that it seems like the only way to reach out to customer service here is through leaving reviews. As a followup to the response I received, my local postal offices were not able to provide any assistance, and at this point I would just like to receive a refund of my order if it is possible. Also, if there is any other alternative form of communication to reach Poster Pagoda’s customer service team it would be greatly appreciated if that could be provided.
edit: Yes, I have gone to post offices with the provided tracking number and unfortunately none of them were able to help or had an idea as to what occurred with my package. Is it possible for me to receive a refund for my order now?

I really wish I could leave a higher review as many of the products they offer seem very nice, but their customer service appears to be pretty poor/non-existent.
Like some of the other reviewers here, I ran into shipping problems (my package somehow got re-routed due to an error and has been perpetually stuck at the same location for 2 and a half weeks). I emailed Posterpagoda about it multiple times and have yet to receive a response.
I understand that they only have one person looking at all the customer emails. Maybe they should look into some sort of contact form system so emails can be sorted accordingly by urgency/category?
I'm also hoping that by writing this review, I can receive some support directly from the company as they seem to be pretty active here.

It appears as if my emails were being sent to spam. After I posted this review I was promptly contacted by a representative from the company saying that my order is in transit and on its way. I sent a couple follow-up emails asking why my package has been stuck in the same delivery state for 20+ days but have not gotten another response back. Are my emails still being filtered out somehow?

Writing a joint review of sorts, me and my friend made separate purchases; my friend had ordered the posters a few weeks prior and recommended this site for the poster designs.
I did like what I saw on the website and went to order a few days ago but was told by my friend one of her posters came out grainy/pixelated and I immediately decided to just cancel my order by emailing them the same day of the order so I could get it cancelled before it shipped. I still have gotten 0 reply after 2 days time and from what I can tell from other people on Instagram a lot of other people are not getting email replies and their negative comments on their social media pages are being deleted. I'd honestly love it if there was just a quick order cancellation button instead of jumping through all these hoops to even try to get a reply back before my order ships out.
EDIT: It seems my order has shipped out so now I won’t be able to cancel my order. I wouldn’t recommend this company if only because I doubt you’ll get a response if you contact them through proper channels if an order goes wrong.
EDIT 2 (Response to Seller's Reponses): While I'd believe this kind of reason/response from any other company out of good faith I'd just like to point out the two reviews before me had similar problems and one of which who has also allegedly gotten their email lost somehow. Even if the email being lost was truly the honest reason I never got a reply, I'd say that highlights a pretty significant issue in and of itself if this is happening at a not uncommon rate. In any case, I'd recommend PosterPagoda have some kind of automatic order cancellation button on their site regarding orders like most online sites do to prevent this kind of customer dissatisfaction in the future. My opinion on this company has not changed. I would not recommend this company considering the troubles I had trying to email them about cancelling an order made only 30 minutes prior.

Edit: Items were delivered 17 days past their "guaranteed" 60-day window. Don't believe their BS below. I gave them multiple chances to just refund my order.

I have ordered 6x Studio Ghibli large posters. Love the several poster designs & options of each movie. The order has been accepted and send to my country (Prague, Czech Republic) in 2 days and delivered in three weeks. I received the tracking number so I could track my posters all the way to Prague. I love the design and quality. Plus I received a one extra beautiful poster as a thank you and kind gesture, I am so grateful. It will make my brother so happy on Christmas as a big Studio Ghibli fan.

i NEVER received my posters. i messaged them MULTIPLE TIMES within the 2 month period that they’ll allow you to get a full refund. They just kept telling me it’s on the way. Now it’s been 5 months and they won’t refund me. This is a garbage fckn company. Never would recommend. I shouldn’t be this mad about some cheap posters lol, but I hate when companies are shady.

After waiting since May (it's now August) looking forward to my poster arriving I was met with nothing but disappointment and am struggling to think of anything positive to say about the experience.
Cons:
- The print quality is not great, certainly not 300dpi+. Posterpagoda might want to check their facts if they honestly think these are 300dpi, I work with print for a living and can tell with 100% certainty without even getting out my printers eye glass, that they just aren't. Just because they're printing at 300dpi doesn't mean the original image they're printing from is 300dpi. The blurred and poorly anti-aliased edges on text are telltale signs that the source image has been upscaled at least once. This makes me doubt they actually have the licences to print any of these and they have just been printed from a found image online. The colours are drab. It's a digital print, so comes with all the telltale signs that comes with that.
- The crop is off centre, so it has an uneven border in the frame, meaning I had to trim it down myself.
- The item description on the website strongly suggests you're buying vintage posters for a lot of these. They're not.
- Don't be fooled by the website being in your currency, they are shipped from China. Which explains the long lead times, even if you take the current pandemic out of the picture.
- The packaging, oh hell where do I start. Let's make this clear, I order a lot of prints. Never have I ever ordered a poster that hasn't been packaged in a poster tube (or on rare occasion flat in a rigid, card-backed envelope). Why are posters always packaged this way? Because paper is flimsy, can crease and tear easily. How are Posterpagoda posters packaged? Rolled up around a flimsy bit of styrofoam and put in a plastic bag. Yep. Yikes. None of the packaging is recyclable. Needless to say when it arrived it was horribly creased.
Pros:
- Nice paper stock
- Cheap
Update: It gets worse - sadly they've also been trying to take down negative reviews to skew the score in their favour, by denying people have made a purchase with them. They did this to me AFTER I had supplied them with the details of my order to verify. Do everyone a favour and if they do this to you, just verify your order with Trustpilot so they can reinstate your review.
