Lost package then broken frame

I ordered a frame at the beginning of January. After two weeks of waiting I wrote to the company multiple times, they finally answered me after two weeks of waiting. They said my package was lost so they send me another one. It arrived pretty quickly but when I opened it I found out the corner and the « glass » what broken !!! I’m tired of dealing with this crap. I have to say the quality is not impressive (same or lower than IKEA). The reason im giving 2 stars and not 1 is that the second time they send it it arrived quickly.
I just wrote them about the broken frame. We’ll see how they handle it.

Same quality as ikea

The quality of the picture frames i purchased is really no better than ikea but for a significantly higher price. Half the order came on time and the other half took twice as long as quoted.

Delivered a week late and missing an item

Delivered a week late. Contacted about not receiving item on time and told it was on its way. When delivered it was missing an item. Tried to contact the company 4 times and no response about missing item until making a claim with payment company due to no contact for reimbursement of missing item.

Terrible Quality

The shipping was extremely delayed. The customer service response time was horrible. I had to email three times before they got back to me. When the product finally arrived, it is extremely cheap quality. Gaps in the frame corners and scratches on the acrylic.

Great customer service

The poster store messed up my order, I contacted them and within 2 days the correct order was shipped. Very prompt!!! Overall very impressed!!

Delivery and customer service

The delivery took quite a few days , my poster was separated from the frame and was delivered separately. The customer service was great on attending all of my questions. Overall, the posters and frame are in great condition.

Order Wrong, Customer Service Liars

When I received my order one of the items was incorrect. I contacted customer service, which was a challenge, BUT was quickly compensated. HOWEVER, they followed up via email about the mistake they tried to gaslight me that I had gotten exactly what I ordered.

I have my receipt, it clearly shows what I ordered. But they emailed a photoshopped version of my receipt to try to prove me wrong.

The order was already corrected, why continue to fight with me...now I'm extra annoyed that my order was wrong and the customer service sucks.

I would never order from this company again.

I loved the prints but the frames were…

I loved the prints but the frames were rather cheap looking. Sorry I didn’t pay a lot for them so I should have know better.
