The package got distroyed while being…

The package got distroyed while being transported. I haven’t received any feedback from the Post Europa. Absolutely scandalous service!!

With out a chance to respond & correct the situation, You rated us negative & claim, that we have not given You any feedback!
How should it be possible, with in a time frame of 10 minutes to reply your e-mail & help you, before you give PostEuropa a negative feedback?!
We are extremely sorry about your package has been damaged, which thankfully, is an extremely rare situation.
Obviously we will/would take care of the situation via correct channel (e-mail), in a properly manor. Not via a biast unfair Trustpilot rating!
