Hello, I am writing this negative review to share my unpleasant experience with this online store that supposedly sells official merchandise, but when I received it, it was of poor quality. It all started when I was looking for a birthday present for my sister who loves the artist Post Malone and she wanted his merchandise. After searching for merchandise, I found this page, which at first glance you wouldn't even think was bad. All the merchandise has prices listed and the quality also seemed good, so after reviewing the sweater on the page, I asked them to remove the tour dates from the back, which I really needed. After ordering a sweater that cost 50 dollars plus paying 18 dollars for shipping, I received the shipment almost half a month later. Because I wrapped it in birthday paper and didn't move it for a while, knowing that it was a good sweater, my sister noticed that the material was poor when she unwrapped the gift on her birthday, and the label on the neck was not original either. When I wrote a letter to the online store with a complaint, I was ignored and no one contacted me back. Finally, I want to advise you to bypass this "official clothing store", because you will be deceived and your mood will be ruined.

I ordered from this company on 11th December and it is now 27th January. The order has not arrived, with no updates despite it being significantly late! I spent 55USD on the t-shirt and am now demanding a refund - though they have ignored my 6 emails. Do not trust this scam!

Says it is "official shop of Post Malone" What a scam, something has definitely changed! Previously have ordered with no problem however for Christmas 2023 ordered shirts, quality and sizing very poor! But on top of that for 6 months I have emailed requesting a return and not received a single response.. They have their $$$$ and just don't care, Never recommend!

My son ordered a hoodie for me for Christmas and it never arrived. The phone number listed is out of service and they tacked on 15 additional dollars. Not only did they overcharge him, they scammed him all together. Now he has to dispute the charge with his bank. I'm so disappointed. Shame on you Post Malone! I was a huge fan but this experience might change that.

Had previously pre-ordered the Twelve Carat Toothache boxset (cd and t-shirt) which arrived in a cute PM box...it shipped straight away on Feb 2nd as soon as it dropped....( received it a few weeks later as I am in Ireland and it had to arrive from the states as the UK store won't ship to Ireland) with no issues apart from the t-shirt being a ball of creases but nothing an iron won't sort out and that I had to pay an extra €46 custom charges after paying over €40 in postage as it was.....maybe if the Irish vat/tax was included in the overall price of items and postage I would not have had to pay the extra at all....so almost but not quite €200 for a cd, t-shirt, postage and customs.
But other than that I wasn't waiting long at all for my stuff.
I will be buying again as I want the Vinyl next.

I ordered the one right now hoodie back in December 2021 to receive it 3 months later. The hoodie has only had 3 washes since and the image on the back has started to go rough. The material feels very cheap and poorly made and I have had better quality hoodies from his older merch. If anyone is going to buy the one right now hoodie. I would not waste your money as this is too expensive for a poorly made hoodie. Which you can get better quality hoodie for the same price else where or on his other merchandise.

I got a hollywoods bleeding longsleeve orange tee. it took 30 days to come. it is literally neon coral. it came with a hole in the sleeve. the quality of the print (his face on the front and lyrics on the back) is very bad. it was 45 dollars, plus shipping. it is nothing like what i ordered . it probably is actually worth like 15 dollars. could have made the shirt for cheaper.

I ordered the Circles single cassette in 2019.
After maybe a year I received it due to delivery bottlenecks or whatsoever.
After I unpacked it and tried to play it nothing happened. So they sell a Music Casette at their shop without any music on it. (tried several players)
After trying to contact the support via Twitter (because the PM support goes over a 3rd party support support, they always said to me they have so much to do and they put my issue on priority and I need patience.
My patience has ended. After waiting for about 4 months nothing happened again. And I am still waiting for my digital copy of the single which was included in my order.

Made an order in january 2021. Haven't received anything by June 2021. Got an email stating I'm getting a refund - but I got no money back actually. Are they just lying?
No response from support on my emails as well.
My worst online shopping experience yet.
I want to sue them.

I ordered a shirt in April and still haven't received the order in June. I've attempted to reach out to customer service. When you call it says no one is available then hangs up on you, emails just never get a response.

Submitted my order on March 9. This is March 30th and I haven't heard a word about my order. I contacted customer service twice and received no response. I'm filing a claim with my bank tomorrow, just came here to leave a review first!

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered something in February and received noticed that it was so be shipped on 19 Feb via ups. I got a tracking number and everything. Needless to say, over $100 later and a month later, no package, and still no response from customer service. COVID-19 my ass. This is just plain and simple terrible customer service.

This is by far the worst online shopping experience. I ordered a T-shirt 3 weeks ago and its still has not shipped. Customer service does not answer calls and sending them emails is useless. Try to contact thru Instagram @livenationmerchandise and only getting promises that customer service will contact me.

I love my man Posty but this is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I ordered my merch in November and it still hasn’t shipped (it’s now February).

Wow I’ve literally waited a whole year to the day and a cassette that I bought still hasn’t come yet, they stoped sending emails and replies back n may of this year and I haven’t heard anything since, please do not buy from the post Malone shop because whatever you order will not come!

I ordered 2 Cassettes in late 2019 and never received them. They kept delaying my order and in mid 2020 July, I asked to get a refund for my order. They said they would process my refund, but ended up with a problem in the process so I gave them another payment option. They said it’ll process within 10 day. It’s been a whole month now and I still haven’t gotten my money back.

The worst company I’ve ever bought from. Highly unprofessional - I was told my order would take 16 weeks to arrive after I had purchased it however I never received my order. When I contacted the company they said they couldn’t look into it as it had been longer than 3 months since I placed the order. I obviously hadn’t contacted prior as I was waiting till the 16 week time frame had finished. Never ever buy from them, very disappointing for genuine fans.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. BUY SOMETHING ON AMAZON FOR CHEAP BECAUSE ITLL BE THE SANE QUALITY AND COME FASTER. The quality of this hoodie feels like it’s been run over by a semi over and over again. I have bought from post malone a few years ago, and it was really really good, so i expected similar results. I’m so upset because I had to wait a month to get a piece of trash. Move on people really nothing exceptional to see here unfortunately.

I ordered a pink vinyl Hollywood’s Bleeding album last year in September 2019 and we are now going into May 2020 and I still haven’t received it. When ordering it was said it would be shipped in 16 weeks just in time for Christmas for my 13 year old but it never came. I received an email in December stating that it would be delivered in April and still nothing. I have reached out to them several times and their only solution is to refund my money. I told them I don’t want a refund I want what I purchased. I tried contacting them with the number on the website 1-800-420-8842 it was a recording saying “not available in your area” now I just called at 12:36 am (can’t sleep) and a recording about “hot guys.” I also reached out to
@LIVENATIONMERCHANDISE which was also on the website through Instagram they responded with telling me that I didn’t order from then and that I need to contact UMG which they said stands for Universal Music Group. I’m really upset with their oh well attitude response. Post Malone is a really great singer he seems like such a sweet guy it’s unfortunate that this side of his business is being mishandled by the type of employees that are working. My daughter is a huge Post Malone he’s literally all she talks about everyday. I wanted to get her something special but unfortunately I don’t think she’s never going to receive it. :(

I ordered a t-shirt on March 23rd. Just 2 days later I received the confirmation and it was immediately sent. For 1 whole month I did not receive any update on the order status. It was still in the USA.
I visited this site and saw the bad reviews about the store, but I decided to wait because I found out that international deliveries made by them take up to 12 weeks to arrive! And it had only been about 4 weeks.
On April 28th I received the information that the order was finally being sent to Europe!
Today, the 29th (one day later) the order arrived in Belgium and is currently coming to Portugal!
I hope that in 1 or 2 days the order will arrive to my country and then it will be fast until it arrives at my house. So I think I can be more relaxed as the tshirt is almost here! It looks like it will arrive! I hope!

The tshirt arrived today! I am very happy after so much nervousness! The quality is not top notch but it is also not bad. It took almost 2 months to arrive but it was worth it! Hugs
