Boxes not delivered, no customer service
We ordered 4 boxes in July as a birthday gift. Only 1 box got delivered. After filling out the contact form and trying to call 5+ times, we did not get any reply.

Sinds enkele jaren zijn er opnieuw meer dan 400 brouwerijen en meer dan 1500 verschillende bieren om te drinken, alleen al in België. Om dit te bereiken stelt PostMyBeer maandelijkse nieuwe ontdekkingsboxen samen met telkens 6 verschillende biertjes van de kleinere, minder bekende brouwerijen die vervolgens bij jou thuis geleverd kunnen worden. Elk bier wordt vergezeld van een eigen bierfiche met extra info en een proefformulier. Er kan gekozen worden voor verschillende abonnementsformules, maar prepaid en cadeauboxen zijn ook beschikbaar. //////// PostMyBeer vise à faire découvrir au plus grand nombre la riche culture de la bière en Belgique. Depuis quelques années, on compte à nouveau plus de 400 brasseries et plus de 1 500 bières différentes à boire rien qu'en Belgique. Pour ce faire, PostMyBeer crée des nouvelles boîtes de découverte mensuelles , contenant chacune 6 bières différentes provenant de brasseries plus petites et moins connues, qui peuvent ensuite être livrées à votre domicile. Chaque bière est accompagnée de sa propre fiche de bière avec des informations supplémentaires et un formulaire de dégustation. Différentes formules d'abonnement peuvent être choisies, mais des boites prépayés et des boites cadeaux sont également disponibles.
