I sent a letter on the 15th of August; got posted on the 17th and given to the Royal Mail and yet it hasn’t arrived at the intend destination

I placed an order on 13th August at 3pm. Very urgent letter to HM Passport. I chased the status on 18th August to be told its still not been given to Royal Mail.

You were right to leave this review. An urgent letter should never have remained unposted for five days, and we let you down when it mattered most. We are genuinely sorry for the stress this caused.
We have cancelled the order, issued a full refund, and contacted you directly to offer an additional remedy. We have also identified the failure in our dispatch process and are fixing it so another customer is not left in the same position.
