Postpartum plan … where do I start. Well firstly this is so needed for mums, first time or 5th time mums. It brings so much advice and value. It’s absolutely amazing, weekly lives, nutrition advice, weaning tip, breastfeeding help, movement classes and so much more!

I had it for a year and honestly I still miss it some days. Postpartum does not end at 6 weeks and I couldn’t recommend this platform highly enough.

I haven’t seen anything quite like postpartum plan before - a network of support and a wealth of information and guidance, all done in such a kind and thoughtful way that felt personal too. I accessed this so much with my third baby - I just wish it had been around for my others! Thanks so much to Megs and all her team for being there for us.

I joined postpartum plan when it first launched and am so glad I did. It really helped me navigate those early weeks and months as a new parent. I love all the input from the team of experts and have felt fully supported at every step of the way. Especially living away from family at the time and having minimal supprt PPP has felt like my village. I’m super excited to be accessing it again now as I have my second baby! Thanks to Meg and the team for this amazing support xxn
