You can correct that profile, add services and pricing by hand, and upload documents such as a price list or a tone-of-voice guide. Everything it generates afterwards draws on that profile, so drafts arrive specific to your business instead of generic. The product includes a weekly content plan, AI-generated posts and carousels, a publishing calendar and queue, separate versions of the same post per channel, an inbox for comments and direct messages, and analytics kept over time so you can see how content performs across channels. Agencies and multi-brand teams can run each client in a separate workspace, invite unlimited teammates, and send posts for client approval through a link that requires no account. Nothing publishes without your approval. Every post is a draft you can edit, reschedule or delete, and social accounts are connected through the platforms' official APIs.
