Need shred option

Wonderful experience. The team is fun, kind and always helpful

I have been a customer for over 5 years. My business moved cities and I wanted to switch my mailbox location to another one (still with postscan) and you would not set up mail forwarding automatically to ease the transition. Really unhelpful customer mentality in my opinion, especially for a loyal customer that wanted to continue on with you.

PostScan Mail is an excellent service if you live overseas or travel extensively. You can receive your mail anywhere you are.

All good here, this is a great service and our local guy takes really great care of us.

I have generally found PostScan Mail very useful and responsive. Support is also very good. I've been using them for many years.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars at the moment is because it seems they have recently stopped including scans as attachments in the notices of completed scans. I wish they would continue doing that again.

Been with the Fort Lauderdale. Florida affiliate of PostScanMail since 2020, and all my expectations have been met or exceeded every time. Shawn and Elizabeth make things happen quickly and efficiently.

PostScan is a turnkey and professional way to handle business and personal mail. The customer service is good, the setup is fast, and the platform is easy to navigate. The only downside is having to pay fees for adding names to each account. In my case, with several DBAs, it quickly becomes too expensive.

My experience wasn’t that good. Especially with this email following up for a service we used over five years ago.

As a California resident away from home frequently, PSM allows me to view and print pdf’s of our US Mail, and to quickly receive it through PSM’s forwarding service.

Post Scan Mail is very fortunate to have Alpha Mailbox as their local business partner. They are very professional and offer all the extra services (notary, mail forwarding, etc) that i need. As far as your app, it is a bit difficult to navigate and sometimes quirky. I have learned to deal with it but it sometimes kicks me out when i am downloading scanned documents.

Once the accidental cancelation was cleared up (via me discovering how confusing the help options were) , things have been going okay.

Always fantastic prompt service at the Postscan location I use. I have been there to collect mail that had accumulated over a few years and the lady that runs it was so efficient she really impressed me.
