Unnecessarily complicated
Our original paperwork was reported to be unacceptable but no explanation was provided. The exact same paperwork was resubmitted and eventually approved. The process was multilayered and frustrating. The only positive thing was the customer service rep. We eventually got approval but we felt that the process was not streamlined or even close to being transparent.

Excellent services!
I spend the great majority of my time outside the country. I need a reliable mail management service to be able to handle my businesses. This company fits the bill. The website can sometimes be confusing and difficult to navigate. That said, their tech support is excellent! They keep costs low and the services they offer are truly industry leading. I am happy I found them and will continue to do business with them .
