They advertised a soft panda toy that supposedly had AI features - it could move and hug you. Called it emotional support toy. For over 50 USD. When it arrived it was a simple plushie that didn’t even resemble the pic on the site! Total scam. When contacted they said they could offer a max refund of 7 USD but that they had sent correct item

the item never showed up. contacted the company and I was told a second or replacement had been sent out yet here I am nothing but loss of money. avoid this comapny at all costs or it will cost you, I only gave one star because it would not let me do no stars which is what i wanted to do.
