I received this today. Opened it to see it. It was absolutely nothing like advertised on their website. I contacted them and they said I needed to send them some pictures which I did and now I’m hearing cricket. In addition, it looks like something I could get from a dollar store. Not something I paid $39 for. We’ll see what they say.

I sent it back unused to the address they provided within the statutory times and paid for the tracked delivery. They refused it and it was returned to me today.

I am still waiting for the refund and now for someone to contact me.

Update: they have emailed me and agreed to the refund.
Update - refund provided so additional star provided because on photographic proof of the package returned they didn't make a fuss and gave me the refund hence the additional stars

This a scam.

Both my husband and I tried this, and it did absolutely nothing for us. We wanted to return and get our money back, but we were told to send the item back and pay for the postage. Because I did not agree with that, they apparently escalated the case with a higher authority in their company, and I've heard nothing at all, even though I checked in with them.
This item is utter rubbish and does not what it promises. I've lost the money, but I hope my review helps others not to fall for it.

Scam! Order was never delivered and despite multiple attempts to contact them through their Zendesk, website, email, nobody replied.

The company posture pros is unreliable. The product is poor. I returned it and they didnt give me my refund. Not sure if they are even a proper company.

Dont buy this awful product. It only vibrates at around over 45 degree angle ! So completely useless . Absolute waste of money.

They got me too. I ordered some clothes but I get nothing. It is definitely a scam 😭.

Looks like they got me too. I ordered jan 16th no shipping has been sent. I've tried 3 diff emails no one will answer. Theres no other contact info and I cant get back to the website when furthering investigating ..its obviously a scam. I wish I had seen this before I gave them my card info. I'm so pissed. They must of had a fake website and then it vanishes ...using different addresses. Very sad about this. Dont do it.

Did not get my order and can't get contact to the company since last year in december

They are taking money for cheap/ poor quality products, then not issuing a refund (despite proof of registered sending and it being under their T&Cs), nor answering any correspondence at all (even via multiple contact addresses).

I have been trying to get my money back for 3 months. I am not alone. There is something very suspicious about this company.

Do not buy from this company! Order never arrived, email didn't even exist when I tried to contact them for the 2nd time.

Item sent was not as described on their site. When I tried to exchange it or get a refund there has been no response. A total FRAUD & RIPOFF.
