Great service, friendly team! They even can pick up your suitcase at your hotel if it’s one their partner list! And what’s most important to me, it’s security, which they have also delivered on! Super happy to have used your services! I can only recommend!

Worked out great
This is a great service. I recommend sending an email or text message the day before to confirm the appointment instead of just 15 minutes before. There was also some confusion at the Linate airport when I went to pick up my luggage from the storage room at about 5 pm. The man there was trying to tell me something about 6 o’clock which I didn’t understand since I don’t speak Italian, but thankfully I saw my bags there. He then gave me my bags and said sorry.
