Ordered for the first time but definitely not the last! Every item in the order was as expected even the chilled items were kept cold with ice bars in thermo packaging. Recommended!

Does not send goods to all of UK
Great selection of goods and prices. Unfortunately after making the order and payment I was later contacted and told they would not send the order as the postage to near Inverness was too high for them. Was not given an opportunity to contribute to post charges etc. they just cancelled the order and refunded my money. I live near Inverness, so mainland UK. Not a difficult place to send goods to. Very disappointing. I understand the business’s needs to keep costs down but feel it should be possible to order from all of UK and not be discriminated against due to postcode. Very disappointed kids not having their Slovak treats for Easter.
