Each refill is designed to fit our Standard Pott and can be swapped in once your previous candle has finished. Hand-poured in the UK using rapeseed and coconut wax, each Standard refill provides up to 60 hours of fragrance. Select your scent from the options available and keep refilling your Pott again and again. Please note: This refill is designed for our Standard Pott. If you are new to Pott, begin with a Standard Starter Pack, which includes your reusable ceramic Pott, first candle refill and MatchPott.

I have had a problem with the wicks moving and melting into the wax so that the candle can no longer be lit. Your customer service department have informed me that you can’t like these candles for any longer than four hours. I find this completely ridiculous.
