Excellent plants, excellent service

Shopped online with this nursery for the first time this spring. Hugely impressed with their range of plants, the quality of the plants received and the prompt delivery - everything was very conscientiously and carefully packed too. Would definitely order from them again.

Delivered in freezing weather

Delivered in freezing weather, but so beautifully packed that the little blue heron Corydalis were snug under damp newspaper in a tightly sealed box. Now in my cold frame awaiting Spring. Many thanks, Pottertons.

Speechless

I live in Denmark and ordered about 15 alpine plants, expecting to get a large box of pots, since they wrote that they were generally in 9 cm pots. Imagine my surprise when I received a small box full of tiny tubes of plants wrapped in cling film! Unbelievable! A number of them hardly had any greenery in them so there is no telling if they will come alive. How anyone can make themselves sell something like this is beyond me. NOT recommended!
Update: got a refund today, but still no explanation of what they sold me and the low quality.
