That was very helpful and so kind, so thanks again! Also, every customer service employee I talked to so far was super friendly and helpful! Like someone else here said, I’m thankful that you talk to an actual person and not a bot, and am glad we found Pouch Direct to be our pouch supplier!

Liars, they tell you that any order made before 5 p.m. is shipped the same day. mine was experienced the next day late. the parcel will therefore not be able to reach me on time. The general conditions are not clearly indicated, the file provided with the invoice is obsolete.

You can call me any time you want, also in the evening or weekend! Please understand that '1 day delay' is not worth to put all over internet that we are liars. Please reconsider your first response. As you can see we have put a lot of energie in trying to contact you. Why don't you try to finish this with us so we can close this case.
As you can see: you ordered December the 1st, we shipped it the 2nd and delivered it on December 6 (shipping time INCLUDING one weekend). Is not really bad for an international delivery (during Covid19 & Christmas season).
We will help you to organise the return of the goods on our cost and the cashback as you want. We need someone at the address when the booking is made for the pickup. Do you have an address for me where the courier can come to pick up the parcel?
Today it is December 13 and we still have no feedback. I assume that you have use the pouches. No problem.

I had two weeks asking for the best price with high quality in the coffee bags market, I found PouchDirect and they send me the sample quickly. They helped me step by step in my order via the chatbox on the website, they have an immediate response.
