I've had a fantastic experience with Poundsheds.
Came in contact with Dominic, one of the founders, in the beginning of 2026. Proceeded to try the program and I couldn't be more happy with the service.

The team is professional in both explanations, follow ups and motivations. They've helped me loads and made me become the best version of myself!

I can't recommend Poundsheds enough and would give them 6 stars if possible!

A well-structured and realistic approach to weight loss. Clear guidance, personal support, and no extreme rules. It feels sustainable and easy to stick with, which makes a big difference. Overall, a very solid experience.

I honestly didn’t expect this to work as well as it did. I’ve tried a lot of things before and usually fall off after a few weeks, but this felt different from the start. The support is actually personal, not generic, and everything is explained in a way that makes it easy to stick to.

What I liked most is that it doesn’t feel extreme or stressful. No crazy rules, no pressure , just clear guidance, accountability, and a plan that fits real life. I’ve seen steady progress and, for once, I feel confident that this is something I can maintain long term.
