Hi Darren, I am sorry that you were not happy with my postage pricing. I have a standard rate of postage and I do offer a 15% discount on your purchase if you sign up for my newsletter. And you get free postage if you order over £40 on the website. I am able to offer free click and collect but due to the current circumstances I have had to remove that option. I will take your feedback and see what I can do about the postage on smaller items. Your feedback is very much appreciated thank you for taking the time to provide me with it. I will also be in touch with you direct to make sure that you become one of my loyal and satisfied customers.
Update: Our delivery charges have now been changed, the charges are based on the amount customers spend, and therefore when you buy a smaller item like a bookmark the cost is significantly reduced. Striking and distinctive designer British made gifts
Bought some Newcastle cuff links and the heart pin badge from a wonderful display of Powder Butterfly products at an exhibition. I could have bought them all! They make wonderful presents. They are striking and distinctive designs which have been much admired and appreciated by the recipients. Love that they are British made and the connection with the North East. Gorgeous London Skyline
I have the tea pot with the London landmarks out on view because I love it so much! The gold details really make it gorgeous. Powder Butterfly has great designers working for them. Very timely style. It came within a week international delivery.
