My second order with them is still sitting there. I paid $200 and part of that went to pay for overnight shipping. It's been 3 days now. I won't be shopping with them again and if I don't receive what I ordered I am going to report them for fraud and theft.

I have a tracking number. I can provide PROOF. I don't like it when people steal from me. Call me crazy.

Their prices really can't be beat. I've ordered from them maybe 15 times over the past couple years. Shipping free over 35 bucks. Shipping cheap if not. They will be lowering their selection of products offered in 2017 which is kind of a bummer, but maybe that brings better things for the site. There shipping is quick and the products are quality.

I've used PowderCity a few times now and always had timely deliveries.
My latest delivery didn't come on time and the delivery service's tracking didn't update after only 1 day of progress. I contacted the delivery service and they told me to put in a lost package request and they'd look into it. Another day or so went by and - nothing.
So I contacted PowderCity and they immediately went to work - they verified that the delivery service dropped the ball and sent me a new shipment free of charge.

I have made several orders with Powder City.
All, minus one, arrived very fast (from the U.S. to Spain).

My last order (shipped by Asendia) was confiscated by ADT Postales (a pseudo customs office here in Spain). Powder City have been very helpful with the process, although Asendia has been a no show.

I havent received the package yet (2 months and counting).

In terms of quality, their products are OK.
Its not the best Ive ever had, but in terms of a price/quality ratio, I'd say you are getting a good deal.

All in all: Powder City are pretty solid.

I recently made a purchase from powdercity, i had no effects from what I purchased and posted a bad review of the product based on my experience. My review was never posted but customer service did reach out to me through email and offered me a refund.

I became a customer of Powder City’s when they were still called Health Supplement Wholesalers. (Yeah, the new name’s much better.) They sell lots of different bulk powders, with a focus on nootropics, some of which are otherwise hard to find. I recently got in touch with their customer service to cancel an order (I’d confused betaine anhydrous and betaine HCL — see why I need nootropics!); they complied with great speed and courtesy.

So there. I don’t have much to tell, but in view of Powder City’s prices and customer service, I see no reason to give them less than five stars. If you consider ordering there, however, I recommend subscribing to their mailing list first, for they have regular sales on different products.
