Good quality, very clean and well equipped accommodation. Welcoming and helpful hosts. Easy to find from information supplied. Only downside was the wet Wales weather.

Wall Cottage Tenby
Wall Cottage Tenby
I am writing this with a heavy heart as the property could be a gem, but needs a needs a lot of TLC.
The location is amazing and the house could be stunning but there were a few issues we came across whilst we were staying at the property
Was underwhelmed and disappointed as a welcome basket was advertised but only had 2 bottles of alcohol which isn’t much of a welcome pack for 13 people some of which are adults which didn’t drink and children
On arrival the entrance for cars was very narrow and the cars only just got through the gate, this needs to be mentioned on the website as advertising parking but not all vehicle a may fit
The kitchen door (entrance) handle was broken on arrival and had to use the back door by the stairs as was unable to open the kitchen door from the inside and many windows are broken and don’t open or close
Beds are very uncomfortable and some furniture needs replacing
We had no internet the whole time we were there and when I mentioned it to the owners they said they were aware of this issue and hoped it had been resolved but no note was left to say prior to this to say there may be an issue with internet etc this left 13 people who couldn’t use their laptops for working, phones (as also there is no internet signal) watching Netflix as there was limited things on sky suitable for everyone . We did later find out that if you stood next to the router by the hayloft front door the internet was fine but it wasn’t working in the property which was no good to use the tablets, laptops and streaming on the TV Netflix, Disney etc, this was the case even though there were two boosters in the room with the Dining table
Also, the TV on the top floor the sky didn’t work and freeview was hit and miss and only the BBC channels appeared to work
There was also no welcome letter giving you basics of what was required for the stay where is the thermostat to turn heating & water on without doing it on the boiler
Wifi password (not that there was working wifi for us)
Any other information required
There was a very thick folder of instruction manuals but there that was put away in a corner (which I only found by accident ) but that was way too much information which the important matters could be condensed On a few A4 sheets of paper
The cork/memo board had way too much paperwork on there and it wasn’t easy to find what you may find useful as so much on there once you tried to take one thing off to see what was underneath loads would fall off
If you were just renting wall cottage and not the top flat
The kitchen is not suitable for 9 people and the cupboards were full with glasses equipment etc (which was good to have all these items ) but there was no room to put your shopping in the cupboards to feed the family et
Couple of the bins already had rubbish in them when we arrived
Great experience
Great property, easy booking, good communication, would happily use them again
just overall professionism
Highly Recommend
Have booked before Southwold and recently Saundersfoot- both multi generational family holiday experiences were a success. Very helpful company with a wide range of lovely properties.
Galwad-Y-Mor
A wonderful first floor apartment overlooking the Sea. A gorgeous view every day even in Storm Agnes Everything was catered for in the apartment
Comfortable bed and quiet location with easy access to beach, shops & restaurants
Fabulous property
The property looked good on the website but we were blown away by the spectacular overall presentation. A fully equipped home in a peaceful tiny village. Be aware that the nearest shop for basics is 2 miles away.
The owner was so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Repeat customer
Easy to search for properties by date and size. Descriptions of properties were accurate and plenty of useful information at the property.
A great Holiday
The accommodation was of a high standard and well maintained. Contact with the owner locally was excellent and really provided us with a sense of good service.
Location is lovely and amazing view…
Location is lovely and amazing view from the flat.
Flat is lovely with everything you need.
Short walk to all the shops and beach, though a little steep but not hard to do.
Easy to book
Easy to book. Lovely property, well equipped and comfortable. Kept updated on the day of arrival because of issues that had arisen
Nice cottage
The cottage we had was lovely.
We take holidays in the UK each year so we can have our dog with us.
Be aware that if you have small children & dogs, the road the cottage is on is fairly busy and cars go very fast past the cottage.
The key safe is a bit stiff so will need a bit of a firm pull.
Never before have we had cupboards and spaces marked 'private' in a home we have rented.
If the owners don't want paying guests to use something, remove it.
When we arrived the dishwasher was filthy so we had to run it before we could use it.
The towels were not useful for adults. Each property we have stayed in previously has given us 1 bath sheet and 1 bath towel per person, not so here, so take a few extra towels.
Also we've also always been provided with at least 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, here it was 1 and a half in total, so take your own.
The crockery needs updating, and more glasses would be helpful, as there's only 2 pint glasses and small glasses provided, nothing in between. Also only 1 baking tray so be aware if you're planning on cooking whilst staying.
There is a tassimo machine in the property, however 2 of the pods left were used, despite a note saying there were 4 and we should replace these if we used them!
The check out time for this property is early, at 10am. However, the cleaner was knocking on the door at 9.40 asking when we would be leaving & if we'd move our car so she could park outside!
Aside from these issues, the beds are comfy, and the property is nice and spacious.
Be sure to visit Tenby, Saundersfoot and Amroth, all lovely.
Lots of great dog friendly beaches nearby.
Holiday easy to book via website
Easy to book holiday via website and good communication throughout. Good choice of dog friendly properties .
Perfect Stay
A beautiful, modern house with superb views in a delightful village. It could not be better!
Well located and good for dog owners.
The house was nice enough
The house was nice enough. However it would have been better if the garden had been swept and the grass cut. There were also bits on the floor throughout the downstairs. It did look like it needed a bit of TLC. The fence and decking needed painting There were patches throughout the house that needed a paint. The furniture in the twin room was very chipped. The tumble dryer was out of order and the doors in the utility were hanging off.
It would also have been good to have a proper mop for the shower room.
Mother in law fell in bathroom and severely hit her back on the shower glass. She has been to see the doctor and is now on morphine. This happened at 6am on day of departure.
My husband then took ill at 8am. (a 111 call) we were asked 2 pay £25 for 2 hours. I appreciate the house still needed to be cleaned. We were told we should have informed them the day before. I didn’t know my husband would be ill or that my mother in law would fall. There was very little compassion. The cleaner was not very nice to my son when he went to pay the £25 surcharge.
In the end we were only about 25 mins late checking out and they gave the £25 back.
The park was friendly and the staff in the bar were very attentive.
