My repair case for my kids’ smartwatch at POWER Herlev was handled in a very unprofessional way.
First I was told the watch couldn’t be repaired and that the same model was not available, so I was asked to choose another watch and pay extra. Two different staff members said there were no other solutions. Later, a third person suddenly found the same model available in other stores — and even told me it was my mistake because I didn’t ask the right questions earlier.
On top of that, I was told to take the refund immediately or I would “lose the money” if I left the store. No one would share their name, and when I asked to speak to the department/store manager, the person I spoke with just said “I am the manager.”
I later complained by email. The branch manager’s reply was also disappointing: he said he would investigate, but then simply repeated that “in this situation we only offer this solution.” There was no apology for how I was treated in the store.
This is not the level of customer service I expect from a big retail chain.

Worst customer service experience.I ordered a memory card on Dec 28th and was told it would be ready at Power Herlev on Dec 31st. Instead, they delayed it to Jan 2nd. When I went to the store, the staff couldn't find my order and made me wait 20 minutes with no resolution. I ended up cancelling my order on the spot and bought it from Proshop instead. Pathetic logistics and a total waste of time.

The printer is completely out of ink
and that really annoyed me.
Nor sure why but the staff seems uninterested sometimes to hurry up and help. Its wasn't even super crowded. It is a personal subjective experience, couldn't point something specific but I didn't felt I was helped during the store shopping experience and was passed around, wasting time for a simple purchase.

I spoke to the salesperson who made the invoice for my phone. He asked me to take subscription and I clearly said no because I’m leaving Denmark and wanted a spare phone. He spoke to a colleague and came back. As he was billing me for the phone he kept asking questions about my country and he secretly added a subscription. Thankfully I had a power gift card to use and so he asked me to pay at the main counter. The lady there asked me to pay 1dkk first to start subscription. Then I realized that the salesman added it. I was in a hurry so couldn’t go back looking for him. I told the lady at the counter and she said he might have misunderstood you. But I clearly saw him talk to a colleague before adding it and the other colleague thought for a second and winked at him nodding. It all made sense later to me.
I was so angry but had to leave as I am packing to leave Denmark. The lady at the billing counter helped me remove the subscription. So I was saved. But totally disappointed with power. I have other friends from my home country here and I would never recommend power to any of them. Actually to any expat who cannot speak Danish.
Yes I can’t speak Danish, I was learning.
I had to leave for my family. I’m under bad stress already. And I get cheated like this for not knowing the language.
