BAD Product Handling
At the time of purchase, I requested that the screen protector be applied, but the salesperson informed me that I would need to pay for this additional service. I told him that I did not want the service, and immediately, without further consultation, he took my phone with the sealed box. He returned after a while and told me that the screen protector had been applied, and the box was open. This was completely inappropriate and caused me great discomfort.
Lack of transparency: Not only was the box opened without my presence, but I did not receive any clear explanation nor the proper consent for opening the product's box. As a customer, I felt completely ignored and upset with how the situation was handled.
Pending refund: What makes this situation worse is that, although the money was supposed to be refunded, today, Sunday, April 6, 2025, I find myself without the phone and without the money in my account. This is unacceptable. I was really expecting to have the phone today, and the money has still not been deposited into my account. The waiting and lack of response have caused me great frustration.
Request: I just want to make it clear how upset I am about how this entire process was handled, and that I really need the money refunded as soon as possible. I am left without my phone and my savings in my account, which is affecting my peace of mind. I demand that the refund be processed without further delay.
I hope you understand the seriousness of this situation, and I expect my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

I give only 1 star , because first when I come and buy the things that I want they did not have the tablet în the store. After a week a received a message that the tablet it's în the store , I come from Odder to the store în Viby and after I wait around 10-15 minutes, they said that it is the wrong tablet.
Now I will have to wait another week for the tablet....I am not sure that I will come again în this store.
