Scam from Power
Scam from Power – misleading sales, hidden subscription, and poor customer service. I bought a laptop in November 2025 and was not clearly informed that POWER Nettbeskyttelse & Support datamaskin og tablet was a recurring subscription costing 199 NOK per month. The salesperson said it was included for free, but I have never used it. After 8 months, I discovered that I had been charged around 1200 NOK for something I did not even know I had activated. I got neither a refund, proper help, nor a real solution in the store, and when I asked to speak with a manager, that was refused. This feels messy, misleading, and highly untrustworthy. When many other people have had the same experience, you should be very careful when buying from Power.

Awful. After my partner paid for her new iPhone we had to wait over an hour because they charge her incorrectly then failed to put on the protective cover correctly 3 times. Avoid at all cost.
