Ordering online was good and simple. But there was huge queue near cash counter where coupon system was not maintained

Click and collect turned out to be…
Click and collect turned out to be click and get to the store, then they would check if they had the product.
Once confirmed and then going to the collections at the back of the store it took much longer than expected to receive the product. Extremely slow customer service from all parties involved.
