on the system and when I want to collect it, she said there is no more. It’s not my problem then I have a problem with my son oldest son for a whole week and I have to negotiate for a lot of time until she like okay I will send you one from Boros otherwise because I said I will not buy anything else and she said take the insurance for all the things you bought and you’ll get 50% discount so the insurance is 1600 kroner I will be only 800 but she was lying. She gave me only like 250 discount so very very manipulative and disappointed with the system when you receive something on the system and you go to the tent to collect it and then say oh there’s no more SHIIIIIIIIIT.

I got an initial issue with the first shipment, without any notification about what happened actually. The the store assistant could fix it the best way and I really appreciate it! Just a recommendations: try to implement to order tracking on the website, it may avoid a lot of misunderstandings.

Problem in registering as a member
The process to register as a member didn't work, hence couldn't take part of VINNBIL XPENG. I have to ask the personnel at the shop to help me to become a member. Hopefully I will be part of the VINNBIL plan.

A lot of waiting time
A lot of waiting time. First I needed someone to take the product I wanted. Secondly I needed to give my phone number to check if I could have some discounts (I understood it was some mobile subscription staff). Third and the worst one I waited so much to pay it. It seems they were non only taking payments by giving info or taking returns.
