In August 2022 I bought a pair of Sennheiser wireless headphones from POWER website. Recently I got a problem with my headphones. I assumed it would be a quicker process if I contact Sennheiser directly. I received an answer from them within some hours regarding possible root causes of the problem plus an instruction how I can make a warranty claim. The process for warranty claim looked long, plus I needed to send my headphones to them which means being without my headphones for some weeks. After this, I decided to visit a local POWER store to see what they would say. After just 5 minutes of talking to an employee there, I received a full refund so that I can buy another pair. POWER is a good example how a great customer service should be 👍🏻
