Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Have no standardised process for returns. In some stores you go to the cashier for returns and they send you to support desk. In other stores you go to support desk and they send you to cashier for returns. Either way you will spend 15-20 mins waiting in the wrong place because they are so severely understaffed with nobody to help you in the correct direction and no signs for where to be. Online support is a joke at the very best. Return is rejected because of weird product categorisation that’s not communicated at all. You go into store and they take your return as normal. Get your stuff together Power.
Avoid unless you are completely sure that the product is reliable and you want it.

Disappointed customer
I’m very disappointed with my experience. In the store, we were told the TV had been opened for viewing but that it was fine and covered by a guarantee. However, when we got home and set it up, we discovered it was completely damaged. This was not a minor issue or a small crack, the screen was badly broken. This should never have been sold to a customer in that condition. It caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted our time. I expected much better quality control and honesty from a big store like POWER. I hope the company takes responsibility and ensures this does not happen again.

Be aware they wont accept exchange or return
I bought an electronic item from power - Mall of scandinavia. I asked for a silver colour but they gave me black. I just opened the box and found it was black instead of silver which I asked for. The next day we went and asked for return/exchange. They refused to exchange or return. Only the outerbox was opened (not torn or damaged). The watch or strap was not even removed from the inner box so it was totally unused but still they refused.
Other shops allow return or exchange for the same product but power is worst.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM POWER.
I have also noticed them displayed a product with a price after discount as xx sek. Other shops sell the same product for same xx sek without discount. So their discount is also not true !

Delays on store purchased deliveries.
The bought product was delayed more than 2 weeks and I had no information over it's development. Couldn't see the delivery route of the product as it was purchased on a store and not ordered online. So all this time it was a back and forth of me calling customer service just to be informed that the product is delayed another week for 3 weeks now and going for the forth. It was arranged that I go pick it up on a specific store, but no information or update whatsoever. I understand is a difficult to provide product, however the effort to inform, should something happens, makes the difference. I hope to receive it soon as it was a way overdue gift that I hope to give, even if is delayed.
