Our payment regarding an iPhone 15 256 GB hasn’t yet been returned to our account in despite of what customer service has been telling us about it whereabouts which where supposed to have arrived at our account. This we are unable to confirm though the amount is still not returned.
Now, we expect Power to contact us for further assistance regarding a serious solution of this issue!

Ordered an Ipad in the Black Friday sale. Waited a month for the item to come back into stock. Had numerous conflicting messages saying that the order was ready to pick up, and when I checked with AI customer service I didn't get a straight answer if it was ready to collect. Eventually got an email from a person saying it was ready to collect. No surprise that when I went into the store yesterday evening that they couldn't find the item! Told to come back the next day and I asked the person if they could double check that they have the item and to call me first before I came back in. No call today and AI customer service is not being much help either. I'll likely have to go to Elgigaten today and purchase one then have to arrange a refund with these guys. Complete waste of my time and not worth saving 500kr for all of the hassle and rubbish service. I'll never be using Power again.

Ordered in advance so it can be picked quickly. Was in time stress. Went to cashier, I could see my product beside her. But then she left the desk to find my order. I thought probably the product I am seeinf beside her isn't mine. She walked down entire store, talking with her collegues with disappointment of not finding the item I have booked. It left me stranded for about 20 minutes. Once she got back, I asked her isn't that the product beside her? She just responded and "oh yeah".
I missed my train and had to wait anothrr one hour because of that.
