After having to return a cooker because the back panel was broken on arrival we received a replacement which also had slight damage on the hob we decided to keep but after 6 months we had to call the fire brigade as the cooker was leaking carbon monoxide from the hob,we later received a replacement of a different brand which arrived wrapped and on a pallet and after unwrapping it there was also dents on top of the hob.after contacting power appliances they stated that this was not caused in transit.so you can understand we wont be using them again!

Fantastic experience! My dishwasher was out of stock, but the seller quickly offered a higher-spec model at a discounted price. Communication was prompt and professional. The product is exactly as described and works perfectly. Ordered at 2 PM and it arrived by lunchtime the next day! What could’ve been a letdown turned into a truly positive experience. Highly recommended – great service and a great seller!

I bought a Hisense fridge freezer last year, when we thought it was up and running we noticed that the ice and water didn't work, so we called the company and they asked us to get a dedicated engineer out and they would pay costs - thought that maybe that would be their job to sort. However we got the engineer and we were told to get a new door which Power Appliance supplied and they would come back and sort. On the return visit we were told that the plumbing was iced and there was nothing that could be done. Power appliance were aware of this and offered a very small monetary refund and to accept the appliance as it stands - no ice or water!! We refused this suggestion and demanded a new one, which they said they didn't have as the model is retired but a new version would be out in the new year - 2025. In all good faith it was left that they would be happy to resolve the situation then.
Have we heard from them - No! Do they answer any kind of communication - No!
I do hope that people read these reviews before thinking of using this company - they don't provide a good service just supply faulty goods and take your money.

They ignore emails and Whatsapp messages when they know you need a replacement! I have multiple screenshots of proof to their support email (which they actively promote on their site so it's being monitored - they just ignore them!

I paid for a gas hob, the one they advertised. They sent me a different model and they simply don't care. They've got my payment. I live to far away to easily take it back and get my full refund. Avoid these con merchants

Bought a dishwasher, supposedly Grade A but it arrived so battered and dented that it was leaking from the back corner when installed. I was offered some money off but I asked for an exchange. Fair enough, they sent another dishwasher fairly quickly but it had half the screws missing off the door and a dent in the side. It was also a cheaper model than the one I ordered and I could have bought a brand new one for the same price from Currys! I told them to collect and refund the cost as I'd had enough. They picked it up, and from then it was not possible to get a response from emails and phone calls to get my money back. I had to ask Paypal to refund me, (sent all the photos I had taken of both damaged machines) which they did. Definitely would not use this company again.

I contacted power appliances on WhatsApp with an enquiry about a gas hob, they responded to me within minutes with even more information than I asked for. Brilliant customer service.

Lied about delivery and installations.
Would never buy again.

Hunted high and low for integrated dish washer to replace my 20 year old tecknik, usual suspects, curry’s Argos AO, no stock, delivery 21 days or £30 delivery charge, random internet search for local suppliers revealed bargain buys, they have the tecknik brand in stock and free delivery, arranged delivery for next day, 30 minutes later phone call asking if it was ok to deliver same day, item arrived an hour later boxed, I installed the item same day.
Excellent service all round and thank you. Definite 5 Stars

I needed a Franke tap at short notice and BargainBuyz were out of stock. So to ensure it arrived when I needed it they arranged for the suppliers to courier it direct to me instead of via BargainBuyz. Immediately after I had placed the order one of the BargainBuyz team contacted me to clarify my postcode I had muddled it up on the form. Tap arrived in time. Excellent service.

Dean was great. As I had a bad experience with Currys, I would recommend this company as they are very helpful. I needed an Oven with a small depth and was showed the product I could have and it was delivered and fitted and the old appliance taken away. This was done on the same day I ordered. The service was outstanding. I would highly recommend using this company.

We were welcomed by Mustafa who was friendly and offered his knowledge about the product we were after.
The service was quick and all the details were explained very thoroughly.
Would definitely recommend as prices were fair on other appliances too.

I have this afternoon been greatly assisted by Dean at the King Richards Road branch. My mum was left without a fridge and freezer today and I was unable to attend the shop in person. Dean sourced me half a dozen options to show my mother and even found a delivery driver for today, as mum's frozen food is currently on the kitchen floor. Dean was polite, professional and extremely courteous, totally understanding of the predicament an 86 year old lady had been left in by another company. We have shopped there previously also, mum's cooker is also from the same branch of Bargain Buyz. We will gladly shop again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks Dean 😁
