Good product frustrating purchase experience
The product is great, but the experience in purchasing it online leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased an EVO D5 smart gate motor, on the tracking, it indicated the motor was delivered two days after I ordered it, which was incorrect, I tried contacting Power and Gates Australia, several times by phone and email and got no response the phone goes to an answering service and you do not receive a call back three times I tried eventually I got through to Ivan by requesting help on the website. I forgot to apply the 5% discount offered when I placed the order and asked Ivan if he could fix it through PayPal which never happened unfortunately. All in all a very frustrating experience For a while I thought I had been scammed. And I still didn’t get the 5% discount and payed postage Apart from that The gate motor is great.

They had the gate control board I needed, easy to find and identify the correct one on their website. it wasn’t in stock but shipped from overseas reasonably quickly.
