Really impressed with the support regarding the setup of Powered Now. Really easy to follow the steps and use the software. Obviously, there are things I would like the software to do that it doesn't currently have. But they listen to those and log them on a wish list so the developers can work on them for future updates. Feels like they are inclusive as part of a 'business family' with us

Trialing powered now for 2 weeks and I…
Trialing powered now for 2 weeks and I find it very easy to use. Completed a few quotes and sent them to customers, the customer can then accept or decline within the email.
You then book an appointment which again the customer can accept, then convert to invoice. It really does save you so much time on paperwork. Being a gas engineer I also have access to forms. I really can run my whole business from this software. Loving everything about it so far.

Importing products from Xero
I was having problems importing products from Xero to Powered Now. I emailed details to Ben Woodford at customer support and he sorted the problem without any further intervention from me.

I have been using powered now for 3 years, started off as a free trial though checkatrade and carried it on. Makes things so easy with quoting, converting them to invoices and keeping track of payments. Very handy to have all information on your phone and never looked back on using there service. Also if I have had any questions they are easy to get hold off.

Great Technical Support …
I have been with Powered now for over a year now and have previously had no issues. My system stopped syncing my devices and updating and I was unable to send any invoices out to customers whilst working after hours but the technical support was excellent.
I sent a request at 7:30pm and Barney responded to my request within the hour who also had another developer on hand to assist, although many of us tradesmen do most of our invoicing late at night ! .. i wasn’t expecting a response this late into the evening, they assisted with the issue until 11:30pm and had me back up and running by 9am the following morning,
An excellent service and I couldn’t of asked for a quicker response,
prompt and professional, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend based on the technical back up alone. Thanks.

Excellent training and support
Since I have started using powered now as apart of my job I have had brilliant support and training. Every time i have had a question the response time has been so fast and nothing is too much trouble. Luke ran my training sessions and he was so paitent and informative. I have emailed him after and he has allways been brilliant with helping.
Excellent help and support
I have had a really good experience dealing with Powered Now especially Ben who has had fast response times to my support enquiry emails and has offered to extra useful information. The help and support data base built into the Powered Now system is also very good, and you can generally find what your looking for when you use the search engine which hasn't always been the case with support systems I've used with other companies.
I like it
I just upgraded my powered now to the premium one but really like it so far. The certificates are good and the support people are quick to help when I need them. I like that customer can book their own jobs into my diary now rather than me having to bookthem all in myself.

Disappointed, with your level of advise!
So I wrote a review on Google.
it was negative, but I have no means to reply to the company comments, so I'm putting my reply here, Powered now - despite being a Premium user over the last few years never had dedicated telephone support.
and the last email from the support team telling me to go and look through your T&Cs just showed the level of your support and it made me feel very invaluable as a loyal client, whose business is growing and I m looking for alternative options which your system does not provide, so you good to take money but not so good to help me leave, but instead pointing me to your T&C's where just a week before my renewal I asked a question how can I manage my subscription and I missed the fact date is on my dashboard, I would not ask the question otherwise, but the professional team should say, that I only have one week if I want to make changes to my subscription I should do it now. instead, you haven't advised any of it.
therefore after these years, I score my experience with you as very low. 1*

Terrible company
My experience with powered Now…. I have been for several years with powered now and they decided that they are going to cancel my subscription on the end of July my contract runs till 19th of September. I requested advice and they called me to inform that if i want to keep using it till September than I had to I spend l another £12 so I agreed , than they send me a new subscription via email when I told them to cancel it in September and they charged me £12 till the 12th of august not September. This is the new way they promise you and change it without your permission just be aware I’m sure I’m not the first to be misled!
