1 star is too generous it’s a total scam company I ordered a boiler on 27th December and never ever turned up they give you a tracking number from a company that doesn’t exist and never respond to emails don’t fall for the scam

Scam, Scam, Scam!!! I have been caught like many others. When I ordered our microwave, over 6 weeks ago, I checked the reviews for Powerful gadget. They seemed ok, with only a couple of poor reviews. I checked the company for legitimacy, with no flags or issues. A week after ordering, I had not received any delivery information, so emailed the company. I received an immediate reply, stating that the delivery was scheduled for the 31st of January, with a link to the courier, confirming the delivery date, stating that the driver would call 2hours before drop off. Tegan Heath, also promised a 10% discount after delivery, as the lead time was a little long. However… the next time I checked the reviews, to see if anyone else had waited a long time for delivery, loads of people were reporting they had not received their ordered goods. I sent an email to Tegan , surprise!! No response!!
I reported the issue to my bank and sent another mail to Tegan, with nothing back. Obviously there are no microwaves or any powerful gadgets.
I just don’t know how they managed to appear so genuine before I ordered, I am not easily duped but I have been well and truly scammed!! Don’t be next.

I never received the item I ordered which was supposed to be delivered by 30th Jan. Tried emailing 3 times but no reply. Tried phoning but the number came back suspected scam. I am owed a refund but seem unable to get it. Would not recommend using this website as appears to be a scam, STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SITE

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE - SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! Like many others, didn't read the reviews before placing an order!!!! Big mistake - utter scammers. Placed an order over 6 weeks ago, first they denied receiving payment, then realised i had paid, then came up with all sorts of excuses as why it couldn't be delivered on time, now no communication via phone or email. Still no sign of a boiler or my money back. Absolute scum bags. How do people like this get away with it. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and Companies House

Totally a waste of time . All this company is interested in receiving the money ! I Ordered a boiler never was delivered made me wait 4 weeks and now I am not getting receiving any communication from them after waiting all that time

Scam company - I've lost nearly £500 for a boiler that they have no intention of supplying.....

I placed an order for a house boiler on the 10th Jan. I had a response that my order had been confirmed. After waiting a couple of weeks I contacted the company to ask for an update on my item. They respond straight away with a delivery date. The deliver date come and not item arrived. I contacted them again and got a response within in a few minuets. I then got a new delivery date. That date has passed now and the company are not responder to my emails.

I wish I had read the reviews for this site because I would have been suspicious and rightly so. There is no store, warehouse etc and when they say in stock there is no stock. The courier Express-trans-uk.com also does not exist, be warned and do your research and you will find that these people are crooks. I had to give at least one star for this review but these people don't deserve any. As like all of the other negative reviewer's I have lost my money don't let it be you.

This website is a scam, if its to good to be true it is. I ordered thinking wow im getting such a deal, they communicated threw email to make sure my payment went threw then ignored my chase up emails and also the products never arrived, they knew they were scamming me and I did question myself why its so cheap but clearly cause its a scam and they want to take your money.

Ordered a toaster and after waiting for weeks I contacted them via email to find out why I haven’t received it. They apologised and said there’s a delay and they can offer me %10 discount if I would still want the product. I said yes and waited for the product. A couple of weeks later I email them again asking why I still haven’t received the product and they said it is out of stock and that they will issue me a full refund. I am still waiting for the refund I will try to contact them tomorrow

PLEASE see good reviews as they written by AI. Nobody leaves comments like this. Never purchased from them as prices are underpriced.

Ordered a boiler beginning of January order didn’t come by date expected so emailed again and offered me 30% discount if I could wait a week date came again still no boiler they don’t respond to correspondence if I had seen these reviews I would not of ordered. AVOID!!! Obviously a SCAM!! Just hope I can get my money back through the bank. Thanks to them I’ve been without a boiler since January and have children should be ashamed of themselves!!
