Don't waste your money

As with others reviewing here I have had terrible customer service. My home charger has been down since early summer, I have jumped through various hoops and sent the same information several times, all to no avail.
One of the stumbling blocks is that the app now won't connect - even when it did it was pretty useless.
And NOW the web site is offline or has been removed completely.

Avoid this company

My advice to you is simple: avoid this company and the products under the Powerhubb brand. The app to control the station is rubbish, it has no updates, and the company’s technical support is practically non-existent.
The phone number on their website is merely decorative because it doesn’t work—no one answers or returns your call.

The product has a limited lifespan; I bought my charger two years ago, and it simply stopped working.

I tried contacting the company in various ways, sending emails to both public addresses, info and sales, but all of them bounced back with errors.

Even former business partners who used to sell products under this brand like CHARGE POINT EV have stopped offering support because they don’t know how to resolve issues without having to replace the product. I threw £900 in the bin—that’s the truth.

One of the worst after sales services…

One of the worst after sales services I’ve EVER received.

I’ve now been without my home charger for 12 weeks. I’ve contacted them so many times and had excuse after excuse given to me as to why the charger isn’t working. I’ve offered to pay for them to come round and asses it properly. I’ve literally begged them to help as I’ve been stranded at home trying to charge the car with the 3 pin plug!!

Very unprofessional and they continue to ignore the obvious, POWERHUBB isn’t fit for purpose and there is no willingness to sort the issues.

MONTHS OF STRESS as they ignore my calls and emails.

very poor aftercare

very poor aftercare, No one warned that change of internet can impact charging and after weeks of asking them daily for help, still they cannot sort it out.
Blaming company who fitted it and asking me to contact then which is absurd as they sent those fitters themselves! extremely unprofessional company, please avoid!

Powerhubb and charge point EV great service

Great experience with Powerhubb and Charge Point EV who installed my mums charger. All staff were knowledgeable and you could tell cared about the service they provided with excellent communication. We did have some issues with the app but this did not warrant taking off any review stars as it was dealt with promptly. Excellent

Excellent product and service

Excellent product, was recommended from a friend after having a different branded charger installed at my previous home.
The customer service has been fantastic, the charger was very quickly installed by the electrician and the app has been very easy to use and has been working perfectly since installation 2.11.2022
