Tried phoning for information and to order a car battery, after 6 attempts and being cut off each time, I tried their wbchat, still no answer. Tried email, still no response, I am wondering if they want cusiness or are still in business.

I ordered over a pallet of solar panels and thought i would end up doing 2 journeys in my van costing a lot of time and fuel. The person in the warehouse got his tape measure out and told me how we could fit them in. They load them onto the van for me in 1 journey. Legends!

Advertised part was not same as delivered part, however, the delivered part was a more up to date version. It was delivered on time and support was very prompt and helpful. They also ship to N. Ireland which was great as other suppliers did not.

I wanted a specific car battery which Powerland could supply at a good price, and they are close enough that I could collect it to avoid the carriage. I rang them to see if they had one on the shelf but they were out of stock and ordered it for me. They couldn't have been more helpful on the telephone. I went to collect it a few days later and again they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They even insisted on carrying it to the car for me. I couldn't fault their customer service and will certainly use them again.

First time I've bought from Powerland. Good website, found what I wanted straight away and was able to pay effortlessly by bank transfer, which I prefer. Goods arrived from 400 miles away, on a pallet, in less than 36hrs. Definitely now looking here first for future orders.
