Also left a review on bluetti UK as they seem to go by both names.
Purchased an AC200p portable power unit in 2022 for £1600, which worked fine for 18 months and then failed to power on. ( would only get a green light and no LCD display )
After 3 months of trying to get technical support, they eventually picked up the unit and then found it was faulty. I was told they would send a replacement and they never did, eventually offered me a budget replacement which was far lower capacity and value..

It's been a very painful process, and they don't honour their 2 year warranty never mind 4 year if purchased via their website. Claims court seems the only other option I have at this point as they are ignoring my emails.

There isn't a poweroak.co.uk - it is merely a front for the Netherlands operation. The site/all orders and all communications are with the netherlands.
This makes deliveries, returns and support extremely difficult and in our case impossible to resolve.
Their objective - once that you have managed to send the unit back at your own expense - is to find a reason that means the problem is your fault.
6 units were purchased and within less than 2 years 50% of them had broken.
