Excellent service on a washing machine…
Excellent service on a washing machine repair. Matt was not sure of the issue and thought it might be something within the drum making it not worth repairing, but he persevered and found a loose bolt, which was then tightened and problem solved. So a 2 figure repair cost rather than a3 figure new machine cost. Brilliant!!!!

We called PowerPoint out for a drainage…
We called PowerPoint out for a drainage E36 error code on our Bosch washing machine. We had checked & drained the filter manually.
Matt the technician came out and within the first few minutes he had found the fault.
A sequin that had fallen off my wife's jumper has got stuck halfway down the waste pipe.
He went through various cycles & checked that the machine was working properly and then left.
He advised that as he had found the fault straight away, I would only be charged for the call-out fee, which I thought was excellent service.
Highly recommend PowerPoint. The washing machine was a refurbished one bought from them in the first place

I've had Dave and Paul come to install an integrated washing machine today. They were both lovely guys, friendly, efficient and very tidy. They have done a great job. The best thing is, the machine and cupboard fit better than the original. Great job guys. Thankyou.

Great customer service
Popped into Wellington store on the off chance of finding a suitable microwave after much fruitless searching online. Amazingly they had exactly what I needed & at a better price than the big retailers (albeit last in stock & a display item, but in perfect condition).
John was really helpful - even carrying the carefully re-packaged item to the car for me.
This level of service isn't surprising as I've bought stuff from Powerpoint in the past. There's a lot to be said for doing research online to work out the options & what you need, but the additional expert knowledge & personal attention of an independent retailer like Powerpoint beats the internet or large retailers populated by Saturday staff every time.

Absolutely superb service
Absolutely superb service from John in the Wellington store who managed to deliver and install a tumble drier and take the old one away within four hours. This is my 'go to' store for any electrical appliances, the service is always excellent and quick, more often late the same day or at worst the next morning.
