Very pleased with the great service from PowerPoint today. Rang Wellington office this morning and spoke to lovely man who transferred my call to the oakengates office. The lady who organised my call out was helpful and efficient. Mark was my repair man he called to let me know he would be about 15mins , he arrived, explained everything to me, including the cost, was friendly and efficient and got my washing machine up and running in no time at all. 5 star service from start to finish. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t use anyone else. Keep up the great work PowerPoint.

Great efficient service
Rang up for an appointment for an issue with my dishwasher. Matt arrived the next day, an ETA was provided and very impressed by the service. Matt identified and resolved the issue quickly, what more can you ask for! Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

The engineer Matt checked my washing machine, he was prompt, extremely polite and truthful explaining and showing me the issues with my machine, i was not prepared to pay the expected cost of repair and decided to purchase a new machine. It was with Matts help and impartial advice i purchased my Bloomberg machine. The next day delivery was amazing, prompt, no mess installation removal of old machine, checking the machine was in full working order, the three guys so friendly and polite. I am completely impressed with PowerPoint service and Staff, would l00% recommend .

We had a problem with a leaking dishwasher, from booking the appt to Matt the engineer coming the service was brilliant. I received 2 phone calls updating me on the time Matt was coming. He was very thorough and after checking various problems it could be it was obvious a new machine was required. He was knowledgeable on the different models and suggested a couple. He phoned the store checked availability and arranged for 3 very good men to come and install the integrated item all within 4 hours. The old machine was taken away. Will definitely use this company if we require any other white goods.

Reliable & efficient service at a reasonable cost
I had a problem with my built-in double oven not heating up so I range PowerPoint to book an engineer to come out to assess to problem and provide a solution. I managed to arrange an appointment for the next day. PowerPoint rang first thing in the morning to give me a 2 hour time slot for when the engineer would arrive. Matt, the engineer also rang about 15 minutes before he was due to confirm he was on his way. Once he arrived he identified the issue very quickly and gave me the option to have the necessary part fitted straight away or decide whether to replace the double oven. I opted for the part, which was an element, to be fitted. It cost £95 in total with the call-out. A very efficient/reliable service at a reasonable cost.
