From customer service to delivery I couldn’t fault a thing.
I was impressed with the way the shed was packed for delivery and the actual quality didn’t disappoint.
The shed was worth every penny and I can’t praise Powersheds enough.

All round excellent. My 12 x 10 shed arrived as scheduled. Checked all the parts from the list provided - every thing was there. I'm a 70 year old woman and I found it so simple and easy to erect. It all slotted together beautifully although my ground work could have been better! Just needed a hand with the trusses to keep them steady as i screwed them in place. Going into the shed daily gives me such a buzz. It is so well designed and the wood is of a good standard. Obviously a lot of thought has gone into the design making it so easy to put together. I made one boo-boo - I used the cover lats to cover the long edges. Powersheds said they shouldn't be put there because water needs to run off - which makes sense! I was too over enthusiastic!! Their customer service is 2nd to none. Great company, great product.
Would I buy again? Absolutely no question! Can't wait to get my second shed!

Really great well made shed, straightforward to put together. Was spoilt for choice on options of which shed to go for but opted for a bigger bike shed with a really good sturdy shelf for miscellaneous gubbins.

Ordered 12x8 Pent shed via Wickes. Service was great, straight away had an email confirming delivery date and how the item would be delivered and given an option to update any special requests for delivery.

The item arrived and all was good. checked through the pallet as it says you should and found a bit missing, so contacted them straight away and they got another bit sent out, GREAT! whilst going through the panels in a bit more detail i noticed that one panel was very bowed so again i contacted them and they replaced it the next day. In terms of service and after care the shed and the company are amazing! however, wen putting it up a couple of days later, it was not so much fun. The instructions are not specific and based on a 6x4, so if u buy anything larger than that then u pretty much have to guess the extra bits, several of the panels were very bowed and have had to be filled between panels as they just wouldnt fit. the video they did is very much over simplified, especially when it comes to the roofing. The only down side to this shed was the instructions and that several panels were very bowed. I could have reported them all and im sure they would have been replaced as the others were but i needed the shed up asap so had to make do

Good quality and easy to install. Delivery was quick and well communicated.

I ordered a 8ft x 6ft pent shed. It was delivered within a couple of weeks on a pallet & well packed. We received one split trim but was replaced within a week. The shed went together really easily & looks top quality. The staff were very friendly & very quick to respond. Would definitely buy again from Powersheds.

Great shed - well-made components, easy to assemble and fantastic overall result. Very happy and would buy more if I had the space! Super customer service too - very responsive when I mislaid my key. Thoroughly recommended.

Ordered shelves on 1 July (Order number 36894) and after receiving no update on delivery, I followed up with an email on 3 July to which I received a reply that the issue was being escalated to the correct team who would provide me with an update. Since it was an automated email, I decided to call them on the same day and was told it was with their couriers and would be delivered on 3 or 4 July. It’s now 6 July and still no word from Power Sheds. Extremely disappointing.

7 July update: shelves have been delivered today after intervention from the company CEO over the weekend. Changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars in light of this.

I’ve had my shed up for over a year now.

Delivery was spot on, build was very easy with all instructions simple to follow.

1 year on the shed is perfect. Would highly recommend.

We ordered the 20x18 chalet log cabin. It arrived on time and we were kept informed at every stage of the build and delivery. We had a couple of logs that were faulty but a quick phone call and a few pictures later new parts were in the post and delivered the next day. The UPVC doors and windows fit perfectly first time and needed no adjustments. (well worth the upgrade). The only improvement they could make would be to supply cabin specific instructions as they are generic to the apex cabin type however you can still work it out. Great cabin that has transformed the usage of our garden from a great company with excellent customer service.

We had the shed a while ago and it has been an amazing purchase. More recently their customer support has been incredible in helping us when we had an issue.

A really well built shed that was promptly delivered and easy to build. The Shed was easy to build because the design was good and panels all lined up as expected with no warping.

Very happy with my purchase after a year.

I lost my key to the shed this weekend. Powersheds could not have been more helpful - sending out a replacement key on a fast track service.

After much research online and at various garden centres etc I opted to go with Powersheds for a 12ft x 8ft premium pent security shed - this was mainly to use for storing a few bikes and garden tools etc. At just over £1400 ( had a 15% discount I think) I felt that it fitted in as a shed at reasonable quality at a reasonable price.

Order process was simple and ordered end of 2024 with delivery set for March 2025 to accommodate "better" weather for installing. Arrived on pallet with couple of panels slightly damaged due to transport - contacted Powersheds and rectified easily.

Managed to build myself and happy with finished quality of it. Customer service from Powersheds been very good.

Opted for EPDM rubber roofing as an extra at just under £300 for the size - could do with a bit extra instruction on exact bargeboard placement / fitting of this as not 100% clear in instructions. I would also note that the EPDM comes direct from a different company and when you look up the sizing / material received on their website, Powersheds seem to add on quite a big mark up which I found a bit disappointing (worked it out that could have got approximately 40-50% cheaper going direct).

Overall good quality for what you pay, looks great, good customer service and only let down slightly by EPDM pricing.

I was looking for a new shed and started off looking at sheds by a company that use the name of a big cat. I went to see some of their sheds on a display site and the quality was way below what I was expecting for a company that ticks all the boxes in their adverts. I later found a group on Facebook for this "big cat" company that screamed out to avoid. That led me to look at Power Sheds.

I went to a site local to me who had a display area with several different types and sizes of sheds. The quality of these Power Sheds was second to none. There were no splits or gaps in the cladding like the competitors. They were solid and well constructed with good framing. I ordered a 10ft x 6ft pent roof there and then, with the added bonus of a Bank Holiday discount of 15% off.

The shed arrived on the expected day, Friday 13th June. The driver was helpful and cheerful and unloaded from the truck onto my driveway. The shed itself was on one pallet which was loaded really well with everything on it and every panel was secure. You have to remove screws on a frame which are attached to every panel, so as long as the pallet is on level ground you can remove one panel safe in the knowledge that the others aren't going anywhere until you're ready.

I still had to remove my old shed and inspect the base I already had down for the past 30 years. Once the old shed was dismantled it became apparent that my old paving slab base was uneven. I removed the slabs and built a new 5"x 2" timber base for the new one to sit on.

Installation of the shed was easy and straight forward. The instructions were easy to follow. The framing is good but I did choose to use more screws than stated, most likely not needed but my choice anyway. I have been putting it up for the past couple of days because with this weather, I found it too hot to crack on and get it done. I also decided to fit an EPDM rubber roof rather than the felt which was supplied. My old shed had this type of roof and never had any leaks and once it's on it lasts for years. Again, just my choice.

Got it all finished today and the shed looks great. Would I recommend Power Sheds? Without a shadow of doubt. Like I said previously, the quality speaks for itself. When I purchased my delivery date could have been in the same week but I asked for a later date. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

It really is good to deal with a British company who puts quality and customer service right at the top of their agenda rather than the fly by night chancers who grab your money then ignore the phone when you call them.

Really happy with Powershed. Easy to follow instructions and good quality product. Would recommend to others.

I have had my garden shed for a couple of years and am still very happy with it.
It's a good solid shed .
We have experienced alot of heavy rain and storms in this time and my shed throughout had remained completely dry .
I lost the shed key and requested a replacement, this was done quickly and soon replaced.
All my dealings with Powersheds have been very positive.

Given 4 stars because Ordered a shed for delivery 13/06/2025 betwwen 10:40-12:40 , the courier calls 20mins before the end of the slot to say to lorry has broken down and could not deliver today, and the delivery scheduled for the next day did not turn up.
The shed it`s self is of very good quality even though I had a couple of issues , Jack at power sheds sorted it out straight away and replacements was delivered the next day .
The shed is now up and I am very happy with the quality and was supprised how easy it was to assemble. For the way Jack handled the issues I would give 5 stars.

Had a small problem about the delivery charge purely due to the delivery company not the fault of power sheds at all
As soon as I alerted them to this, they sorted out the problem straight away

Purchased a shed 3 years ago, have had a brilliant experience. The shed came very quickly with all parts included, as well as the few optional extras we had purchased.

The shed we ordered was an 8 by 8 in size and my husband and his father were able to put it up together, using the easy to read instructions.

Since putting the shed in, we have had no issues at all, it is completely waterproof and still has that lovely new shed colour, despite ordering and assembling the shed in January of 2022.
