Parts order catastrophe
I have been attempting to order an air filter assembly for my PowerSmart lawn mower for about eight months. Even with sending them the part numbers from the parts catalog that came with the mower, and photos of the part itself, they have sent me the wrong items. This has now happened twice. Although my mower is only about six years old and has been trouble free, it seems parts are no longer available for it. The service reps are very polite if you are fortunate enough to finally get through to one, but they are quite slow in responding to emails. I doubt very seriously if I would consider purchasing any PowerSmart products in the future.

I bought the 21" 144cc Gas Push 2-in-1 Lawn Mower V8721C. I love that it is collapsible, comes with oil and spark plug tools, a side chute, and has a 2 yr warranty. I received it quickly and undamaged. The manual was easy to interpret. I filled it with the oil provided and some gas. There's a primer button the left hand side to use. It started the very first pull and the first start each time thereafter. Runs great. The height is easily adjustable. I cut about 2 acres on 1.5 tanks of gas. It's durability, and ease to store is super efficient. I choose to use the side chute and it works amazing. Best lawnmower for the price in my opinion!

This company is garbage
This company is garbage. I ordered a lawnmower bag 1 week ago and it still hasnt even shipped. This is the saddest thing ive ever seen. Ive never had a business do something like this. Ive talked to 3 different support people through email and they said they would look into it. Apparently not. I cannot cancel the order because i cant get ahold of them. Id rather just buy a different brand of lawnmower.

PowerSmart USA 21" Lawn mower
Message: I ordered this item through aTEMU - seller called Power smart.com The order was for a 21" A Power Smart lawn mower. Power Smart shipped a 18" lawn mower.. I would like have this problem rectified..
13th May 2025... I have sent in to Power Smart everything they asked for. A) Picture of the Lawn mowar that was delivered. B) The Order number. iT sent on on the 9th May and again on 12th May at 7am, They have now once followed up..It has NOT been used and is sitting in the Garage. What a way to run a company.. Just send me the 21" and I will box up the 18" and send back.
I just returned from Ace Hardware lawn mower repair.. Power Smart sold a 17" lawn mower as a18". The blade on the mower they sent me is 17"
It should have been ae 18" not 17"..
14TH mAY 2025,,, Power Smart has made no attempt to make contact as of today. I am shipping the lawn mower t back...
