Dreadful service. Ordered a frame punchbag and speed ball. Very poor quality frame and instructions with pieces that did not match the instructions. The speedball was never delivered. Repeatedly emailed, no response. Telephoned but no pick up. Completely dissatisfied with the quality of the product and the quality of service.
I would now be happy just to get the product we paid for- the speedball!
Terrible service, terrible product:
Advertised solid steel frame, it is hollow.
Welds poor quality with holes on load bearing stress points.
Claims to hold 19stone, I am 14 stone and its bending under use.
To make matters worse, they have now put the price of the product up.
They accepted fault but blackmailed me by saying they would give a partial refund once I changed my feedback via ebay to positive, in other words want me to lie.
I did not receive my order because their courier was too incompetent to deliver it. They refused it back from the courier and suggested I travel 18 miles to pick it up myself, even though I didn't have transport and it was a big heavy item. They also refused to refund my money, so I've lost £80 and got nothing. Absolutely useless, do not bother with this seller.
