Awful service, still waiting for my order to be delivered two weeks after originally placing it, no response from the company when i have tried to call them by telephone, (on several occasions), nor any communication from them in respect of why my order still has not been delivered two weeks after placing it.
Given the above, I will not be using power tools direct for fixing requirements in the future.Also, had I known that PTDs telephone service was basically an answer phone service, there is no way that I would have used them, a company which shows obvious contempt for its customers by not providing a telephone service is certainly not a company to do business with.
I will continue to use 'Ironmongery Direct' and 'Fixing Guns' for my fixings supplies.

Purchased 4 boxes of Senco collated drywall screws.
First off the stated delivery date came and went....after I sent an email enquiry I was informed they were out of stock and waiting on fresh!!! Why the hell wasnt i informed of this when I purchased....Id have gone elsewhere. Worse still, on getting them late I checked over the boxes, one felt much lighter than the others. Opening the "unsealed" box i find theres only half the strips of screws in there, so... I'm bloody fuming about that as not only were they late but I was also short changed. That's not on. Well pi55ed off!!

Item was given an expected date of arrival and didn’t appear for an extra 11days. This then became a late birthday gift.
The company made no effort to contact us about this until I emailed them, which I find unacceptable.

Ordered and paid for the part on 9th Feb.
Delivery was stated between 11th and 12th Feb.
Nothing arrived sent email to chase up, received a reply on 16th Feb saying item had been dispatched on the 16th!!!

Why say delivery was earlier, I could have received the part earlier from elsewhere.

Crap.

Really competitive price and efficient delivery through FedEx. However tried to use the “any questions, call this number” facility but no one ever picked up, or returned call, so can’t give 5 stars for service.
